After a long career as a stay at home mom raising my 5 children, I began to work in the dental field. I joined Dr. Touni's team in March of 2016. I enjoy meeting new patients on a daily basis and forming new relationships that will last throughout their treatment and some even beyond. It is very rewarding to be part of changing lives one smile at a time.
I used to work for Dr. Touni about thirteen years ago when he was a general dentist. I love that I was able to join him and now be part of his orthodontic practice. He was an amazing dentist as he is now an amazing orthodontist. My passions are my two daughters--they keep me very busy!
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2006, and I love it. I really enjoy getting to know about our patients and being a part of creating their new smile. It's rewarding to see how our patients build their confidence as their treatment goes by and how happy they are when they see their new smile for the first time. When I am out of the office I enjoy spending as much time possible with family.
I grew up in Silicon Valley and am currently a full time student pursuing a degree in Public Relations. I have a strong history in the retail industry but am very excited to have changed directions to now be part of such an incredible team here at Touni Orthodontics, helping as the online presence via social media.

Dr. Touni earned his Bachelor in Dental Surgery, graduating with honors, from Cairo University in Egypt, where he also completed a residency in general dentistry. He continued his education there with three more years studying prosthodontics.
After moving to the United States in 1998, Dr. Touni opened a dental surgery center in San Jose, California. But his true passion was in orthodontics, and he sold his practice to pursue a fellowship in craniofacial genetics and a masters degree in orthodontics and dentistry, all from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Following this, he opened Touni Orthodontics in Silicon Valley.
Dr. Touni built Touni Orthodontics on the philosophy that science and technology go hand in hand. The team uses the latest dental technologies during treatment, whether theyre providing childrens orthodontics services, treating TMJ pain, creating clear aligners, correcting an overbite, or monitoring impacted teeth.
The team at Touni Orthodontics places health and safety at the forefront of all they do. They invest in state-of-the-art technologies like the Mocom Sterilizer - B Futura, the Sterisil Straw V2, and the Safe-Flo saliva ejector in their drive to create an immaculate and sanitary environment.
We use the most advanced equipment and technology available, from diagnostic imaging to patient tracking software.While we appreciate cutting-edge technology for increasing our understanding and efficiency, we value it most for helping us to provide advanced yet understandable patient care and reduced treatment times.
Our team is experienced, dedicated and passionate about what we do. We are committed to working at the forefront of our field, through continuing education classes and participation in conferences. However, our love of learning is driven by our desire to build healthy smiles for our patients in a comfortable, respectful environment.

Dr Touni and his team are awesome! Really explained everything so well for new patient. When our other child had a problem with ongoing treatment, Dr Touni and staff accessible and solved the issue after hours . The office is easy parking and well organized. A great practice! Highly recommend.

My son's braces have been on for over 2 years. The original plan said 12-18 months. I purposefully paid in full and now they want to charge me more. I keep asking how much longer and no one can give me an answer. Dr. Touni is not the one that usually sees him, it's usually someone else. Zero communication....

My son had a consult for an underbite. It was very thorough, including x-rays and photos. Staff was professional and Dr. Touni was clearly experienced and had a good bedside manner.
