Dr. Lane was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and moved to San Antonio to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School. She graduated in 2013 with additional training in pediatrics dentistry, pediatric advanced life support, and certification to administer nitrous oxide and sedation. She has fallen in love with beautiful San Antonio and has lived here for over ten years with her husband, two kids, and many furry babies. Dr. Lane is a member of the San Antonio Dental Society and enjoys taking continuing education classes. Dr. Lane loves children and is very patient; she will treat your child like her own!
As part of a military family, Dr. Amy grew up in and out of the states; her favorite place to live was Texas! Most of her life was spent in the northeast, where she began her journey in pediatric dentistry working as a dental assistant and receptionist in high school and through college. She attended Stony Brook University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following that, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Pediatric Dentistry advanced specialty training at New York University College of Dentistry. Its been a long time coming, and she is excited to finally return to Texas and establish her roots!
Dr. Amys interest in pediatric dentistry originated from her own childhood fears of the dentist, so she aims to provide you and your family care with comfort and understanding. She looks forward to working with your family to create positive experiences and improved overall health for your children.
Dr. Bianca Frederick received her bachelors in biological sciences from The University of Southern Mississippi, Masters in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College, where she was a National Health Service Corps Scholar. She went on to complete a 2-year General Practice Residency at Bronx Care in New York, where she was a chief resident and involved in organized dentistry. Dr. Frederick practiced in New York for 4 years before going back to residency to specialize in orthodontics, completing her training at Howard University in Washington, DC. In addition, Dr. Frederick served as co-chief resident of her graduating class and received an award for her research.
Dr. Fredericks love for dentistry came from her personal experience of being a patient and her fascination with her smile after receiving orthodontic treatment. She enjoys the interpersonal relationships with patients and instilling confidence through their smile.
At Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry, we cater to the specific dental needs of children as well as their need to feel comfortable in a fun and positive environment. Our office has kid-approved toys and activities that can entertain toddlers, kids, preteens, and teens!

First time meeting the orthodontist. Very nice and professional staff. The doctor explained everything to me about my child's treatment plan and also answered all of my questions. Will definitely recommend in the future.

The dental assistants and the dentist herself made my son feel more at ease. He is liking going to his dentist appointment for his regular cleaning. He had a bad experience in Laredo and was nervous and scared to go back. I'm happy to say that he loves going there since they tell him everything that they are going to do to him.

My kids have been coming here for years. They take care of my kids, especially my son being autistic. They care about his boundaries and are so understanding with him. The doctor doesn't push him to his limits. She knows when he gets uncomfortable and she'll stop. I appreciate everyone in the office for being so understanding when it comes to my son. Thank you!!!

Everyone was so positive. The made you feel so welcoming. They were full of smiles and respect for one another and there was no tension in the exam room. It was a great experience. The front lobby looks fabulous. The front desk staff was great also. It was one happy visit.

Still love the office even after the change over. They have a very friendly staff and Dr Lane is the best!!! Couldnt ask for a better dentist!!!
