Don't let the facade of all the fancy kid things they have confuse you with their horrible customer care. If you just wanted to be another pay customer this place is for you. First of all do your research... they are not supposed to take payment for any services upfront if they are a in-network provider with your insurance, they aren't supposed to bill you for anything until the claim with your insurance company is processed. Good luck getting your money back if they over charge you. You'll see a different doctor every time as they rotate dentist between their locations. They charged us for laughing gas for my daughter. After putting the breathing apparatus and starting the oxygen, they never actually switch it to the nitrous. My daughter felt everything. It was her second time so we were familiar with the process of switching the mixture from oxygen to nitrogen and it was never done. My son was scheduled for surgery and placed on stand by. It was pointless as he wasn't able to get in and a month later we are still waiting for a date and have not heard anything about it. They prolonged the process for 6 months ensuring we'd have to come back multiple times when my sons tooth bothered him, despite our wishes to just have the tooth removed.

Zero respect for people's time. They claim to open at 8AM Mon-Fri, that isn't accurate as we(three sets of parents) sit in the parking lot waiting. Looking for a new Ortho and dentist office.

Dr. Perez and the staff at Tots to Teens are amazing. Very friendly and courteous. They took extra care and understanding for MLO. So great to find a pediatric dentist that my child trusts

Love this place! Always clean and friendly staff they always make sure if theres any questions to answer them directly. They tell you what they are doing during the process which makes it feel very comfortable . Excellent services always provided

Dr.Tina is awesome my nephew Logan loves his visits with her and today was my 6 month old first appointment and she did so amazing with him! The front staff was so friendly and the assistant Clarissa was very helpful and so sweet!

Staff was very patient and friendly. Wait time wasn't very long. I felt like the staff explained procedures efficiently and answered questions I had. We've been patients for years and will continue to do so.
