I have had an incredible experience with Dee. She is knowledgeable and knows what works without looking overdone. She was even able to help me with my under eye wrinkles. In addition to Botox, she has helped me with my skin and I could not be happier. I have received many compliments and I feel I look refresh and not frozen. I am so thankful for her care.

I love coming to see Dee! She is so knowledgeable and takes her time explaining what we are doing that day and she always fits in if I want to do a little bit extra! She has made it so I can function daily without jaw pain! Her staff is also kind and patient!

I have been a patient with Dee for almost 2 years and I can't begin to express the positive experience it has been. I suffered from acne scarring, hyperpigmentation and overall tone issues. My skin has never felt or looked better! I'm 40 and have clear skin for the 1st time in my life. I feel confident and no longer have to hide behind makeup. Eternally grateful!

Not only is Dee gifted at her craft, she is absolutely lovely inside and out. I've been thrilled with her work (Botox) and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Really bad experience with them. The doctor gave me a quote and I didn't want to do a cement filling but he said that he wasn't going to charge me for that filling because he was already doing the same cement mix for my implant and he would just do it, I thought that he was very nice, until 6 months after I had finished the treatment and paid all my invoices ( +7k$ out of pocket ) out of the blue a girl calls me asking for another 376$ for that extra filling. I explained that the doctor offered that for free and I asked the doctor to call me to talk with him, he never did called, instead they sent the invoice to a collectors agency!!! And I found out about this by receving calls from a collector! Doctor enjoy your 376$, very elegant way to treat a patience. I will never visit you again. By the way, we paid the invoice +4 months ago and your collector keeps calling, please at least let him know that it is paid!

My first visit and I will be back. When I walked in, I was received warmly, even though I was running a few minutes late. Everything was explained so well leading up to my treatment. I was really nervous but I was out at ease quickly. I can't wait for my next appointment, great people and great facilities.

Dee was such a delight to work with along with all the staff I interacted with. It was my first time getting Botox & she was patient, informative and made the process very easy. I'm extremely pleased with my results & happy I've found someone that I can trust to achieve my skin goals with!

Total Implants and Periodontal was amazing to give me an appointment today and the workers were outstanding with customer service & knowledge. The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable, helpful on what was wrong with my tooth, & he gave me advice on what to do with my tooth now and in the future. They also got me in next week so I can get it fixed. Thanks for everything & will recommend people to Total Implants and Periodontal.

Initially I was not thrilled with the cost aspect of the work i had done, but honestly the last thing you want to be cheap with or get on sale is dental work! Plus this office came highly recommended by my Orthodontis (Reynold's Orthodontics) who I LOVE! Anyway... Dr. Patel and staff were absolutely amazing! He explained everything in full detail, his staff followed up when they were supposed to (and even when they didn't have to), there were no billing issues, and the office environment is PHENOMENAL! They have all high tech gadgets to get the work done right, and done right the very first time. Everyone there is polite and has great personality. They treat every client how people should be treated! You're literally getting everything that you're paying for with this office. They're the equivalent of the first class hotel with 1,000 sq foot rooms, 2000 thread count sheets, pillow top mattresses, with goosedown pillows and a beach balcony view! If you need work done, go here!! You won't regret it. Chantel

It was my first visit, but everyone was very nice! Dr. Patel took lots of time with me explaining everything, so I would understand what my problems are and what may need to be done. I was very happy with the care I received!

I went to Dee for Botox on my forehead, 11s, and under eye jelly roll. She did sooo good! There are so many options to choose from in Charlotte, but her work speaks for itself. This was my first time getting Botox (or anything done to my face), so she made me feel as comfortable as possible! I was planning to only get Botox for my upcoming wedding, but I love the results so much and have gotten so many compliments that I'll be going back lol

The entire staff and Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was nervous about the procedure but both the staff and the doctor explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. My procedure went well and I attribute that to the excellent work of Dr.Patel and his friendly, efficient team. I highly recommend this practice.

If you are looking for a Periodontist, just go here. There are a lot of choices in that area. I'm just telling you from my personal and ongoing relationship with this office that you would do well to become a patient of Dr. Patel. He is caring, genuine and trustworthy.
