The first 2 visits were good with the dentists, I liked them. But the billing and admin is a complicated hassle. I scheduled an appointment 4 months in advance, they gave a plan estimate that was completely wrong as confirmed by my insurance on the 3 way call. My plan is a clear 10%, they gave an estimate where I'm 70% liable. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me with an updated price estimate. I have called 6-8 times now, asked for the dental code, had my insurance provider on the line to speak with them and confirmed what I knew. I don't know what's the hold up with the billing after 4 weeks, and I am hoping to not have to call the 9th time ...

Kind and friendly staff. Betty at the front was super friendly and welcoming. Sarah, my hygienist, cared about my comfort and made me feel relaxed. Dr Hom was down to earth when we looked at my teeth and gave some recommendations without being pushy or lecture-y lol. Enjoyed my visit and glad to be going to this dental practice

Had a great experience with Dr Hom. Had a crown replacement. The dentist is not my favorite palace but they made everything extremely easy. Very friendly staff, especially Betty at the front desk and Nancy the assistant. Thanks ladies.
