I had a wonderful experience I was very nerves because it was a new dental office for me after 10 year. But let me tell you from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist I give all of them a 10/10. They all gave me a warm welcome and made me feel very comfortable. I will be returning thank you all again.

For me, it was a scammy feeling place. The hygienist spent more time convincing me I needed a 'deep clean' then actually cleaning my teeth. And the dentist only videos in, so he basically showed up on my phone to also convince me a deep clean ($1300+) was necessary. I recently got a new insurance and went back to my old dentist (Campus Dental on University Ave) that I trust completely and they told me in my case a deep clean would do more harm than good.

I've been taking my mom to this office for a few months and last week she started experiencing pain. My mom is elderly so sometimes it's hard to get her around but Karla was very great in helping us get to the problem, as well as Dr.Tran. Once we knew what was going on, we were able to get her scheduled to make sure she gets out of pain and take care of the problem. Grateful for this team and their efforts to get my mom taken care of.

I havent been to the dentist in a while and i was nervous about my initial intake exam. It helped my anxiety ALOT finding out my first appointment was just X-rays and an exam with the dentist. We were able to figure out what treatments i needed and thank you to Karla in the front who helped me get scheduled for the treatments and a cleaning! She was lovely and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a wonderful experience!! I would not have imagine a better time at the dentist's office. The office is clean and tidy, the technology integration in the office is refreshing, and my experience as a first time client was impeccable! My hygienist was Iris in the Emeryville office, and she is very patient and helpful, and my teeth feels awesome afterwards. I will definitely go back next time!

Got in for a cleaning today with Iris and it was excellent. Very detail oriented and made the cleaning feel a breeze. Their app makes it so easy to book and reschedule appointments and even gave me the option to meet with a dentist virtually so I can make sure I don't have anything going on. Can't wait to come back!

I went in for a planned crown, knowing it could get worse, and did. Dr. Alice talked me thru my options, took good care of me during the procedure, and I'm glad to have such good care with my oral health.

This dental office was fine...until years later. I've had to have 2 of the fillings they did replaced. One filling I got there the assistant ended up just about hollowing out my tooth trying to correct the bite before she realized she was working on the wrong tooth. I had to have the entire tooth capped/filled but it was such a big filling that things didn't settle correctly and now I'm sitting here in pain waiting for my emergency dental appointment tomorrow in which I'll likely need a root canal for this thing. I think they just need more oversight for their assistants because this was not the dentist doing the bite correction but the assistant.

The best dentist experience I've ever had. We went to the Emeryville location. I was able to schedule me & my son's visit on the same day. My 3 year old son had his first dentist experience & he said he LOVES the dentist! It was the perfect experience. I cannot rave enough about the amount of care and information we got from our visit. I look forward to my 6 month check up. I was so comfortable getting my teeth checked and cleaned today. I really loved how they took the time to explain the tools being used and why; even ensuring I understood what they're checking for. I really enjoyed our visit and I'm loving the mouthwash. Fun fact: I was today years old when I learned how to properly floss!

The staff and doctors are in sync, they work in harmony, very customer friendly, caring, hands on and extremely knowledgeable. Dental health is key to a beautiful smile. Thank you Total Health Dental
