This dentistry is really a waste of time and money. They recommended retreatment for one of my teeth to fix pain in the surrounding area and performed the root canal. Even after the retreatment , the pain persisted and I approached another dentist to fix the issue. They identified the pain as being from another cavity of teeth and the pain I felt in that surrounding area was a reflexive pain. The doctors are utterly waste in identifying the issue and recommending unnecessary treatment. They say an amount but later on flooded with a huge amount to your mailboxes. The staff is very rude.

Unprofessional. Overcharge for braces, Invisalign, etc. and the staff of the orthodontist are very disrespectful and overall unpleasant to be around. Definitely do not recommend coming here. I urge you to find another dentist/ortho that accepts your insurance.

This dental office changed dentist often and didn't notice you before or on the day. You only know when the new dentist showed up and tell you that they are going to take care of you. The same way happens with the pediatric dentist as well. My daughter's favorite dentist isn't there and they didn't notice us. The new dentist is not gentle, not kid-friendly.... The worst thing was that she didn't finish filling the teeth that she numbed and in the middle drilling it. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. I hope that it won't happen to anyone else. For this reason, I will never come back this office. This is what happened to us that put the end to the service. The dentist put relaxing gas on her nose, started the process to numb her gum and inject the needle with numbing medicine. It was the first time ever that my daughter got her teeth injected with needle. She stayed still. She said no softly with tear after three poking. But she stayed still . Then the doctor started drilling on her teeth. It took her a little while to figure out how to work on the drilling needle as the water seems not coming out. I don't know if it was their tool or the doctors new to it and didn't know how to work on it. After about 20 minutes drilling my daughter teeth. The doctor told me that they didn't have time to finish, they have patients waiting for them. I told them that they already injected my daughter and they need to finish it. They said that "you know there are other patients and you came late". The doctor said that she will put paint on three teeth and I have to come back 2 to 3 more times for those three decay teeth including the one that she is drilling on. That means that she didn't finish what she started today. Is it acceptable that you inject patient, drilling their decay tooth open and send them home? It is twice suffer for my daughter. It is double charged to me. My daughter will be injected twice, breathing gas twice or more as they refused to do multiple teeth at the same time. Parents have to pay for injection and relaxing gas multiple times. It is not right that the dentist didn't finish the tooth that she touched and opened it and sent the kids home.

My wife went to see a doctor for a painful toothache and Tylenol was prescribed and nothing was done in his tooth, we also went with PPO insurance and even so we had to pay 136 dollars from our little ball, they are thugs and they don't cure anything, I do not recommend them, they better go elsewhere at last and there are many more and better. My wife arrived because of a toothache and they wanted to take out three or more teeth that didn't hurt, cavities or anything they had.

This is the worst dental office I have been to. The front office staff is unprofessional. They wait till last minute to run benefits and when u call back to cancel They charge 25$ for a cancellation fee . They had weeks to run my benefits but waited the day before the appt to let me know I'd have to pay more . HORRIBLE

Pretty sure there is a class action brewing at this place. I'd advise patients to check their insurance payment against their copayment for overpayment. I'll start on a positive note. My treatment and experience with the dentists here were great. Unfortunately, great treatment doesn't go far if you are overcharged and your concerns are ignored. After reviewing the charges applied for each visit and the insurance payment for those charges, it appeared that I overpaid. I called multiple times regarding this matter and had little cooperation in resolving this issue. I was told that someone was looking into it, but not given a name, a timeframe, and every time I called, the attitude was less than professional and very dismissive. I understand that insurance can be complicated and that the charges presented at the beginning of the service are just an estimate, had there been a discussion or explanation I would have been happy to move on. I even attached the bills, and put together a spreadsheet and asked them to identify the discrepancy, and still nothing. I received no response or follow up which is simply an unacceptable way to act... and at this point, it's been months so it is not as if they only had a week or two to deal with this matter.

I had a treatment that lasted months, I had surgery, teeth removal, it was a complicated process. I am a particularly fearful person with the dentists; in my case both the doctors and the rest of the team were very understanding and patient with me, they gave me the necessary support to overcome my fear. On this long process I was treated by several specialists, Dr. Mascola; Dr. Cacos and Dr. Mata. Going to the dentist is never fun, but the professionalism and experience of all the people involved in my treatment and the human touch they added made my treatment a great experience. After a year of treatment, I have returned to eat with all my teeth, and now I smile with confidence. Thanks to the fantastic team of Total Family Dental Care.

This office is really good. My most recent visit was for my 13 year old son. He's been in braces for 4 years and his teeth are close to perfect. During this transformation, he's been getting his 6 months check ups and we're happy to say that his teeth are cavity free. The doctors and staff have been instrumental in keeping him on track. When they tell him to brush and floss, he listens. Though my son has been sporting braces since age nine; overall, it's been a positive experience. There are so many skilled doctors in this office, it's tough to point out just one; therefore, I give them all .
