Dr. Rey is great and office is nice, had a bad experience with the braces doctor here (Dr. Carbonero - she is terrible) so don't recommend that at all, go elsewhere for that.

I gave them 1 star because I didn't have the option to give them none. My 8 year old son went there six months ago to have his teeth cleaned. At that time we were told that he didn't have any cavities which was great. They then sold us a product that was supposed to protect his teeth from getting cavities. Well six months later he goes again for a cleaning and we're told that he has 2 cavities. That he actually has a cavity on one tooth but that due to the proximity of one tooth to the other it had created another cavity in the neighboring tooth. Seemed odd but OK. Later that day I called to see why the protection I paid for hadn't worked and was was told the protection was only on certain teeth and that the 2 cavities were minor and would be fix in his next visit the following week. However just a week later at the appointment to fix the 2 cavities we are now told that he actually has 4 cavities not 2. Now how they missed the other 2 cavities on the other side of his mouth is beyond me, and I find that unacceptable, and wonder what else are they are not seeing. On top of that when I called about them somehow missing 2 cavities the attending dentist tried to play it off as if both myself and his grandmother, who took him there, had not understood that when we were told he had 2 cavities it actually meant 4 in 2 different places. Even though in my conversation over the phone I specifically asked how many cavities he had and when told 2 I stated "so he only has those 2 then" to with the answer was yes. On top of that the attending dentist was indifferent to the situation and I was told that I could do whatever I wanted to because the error was ours not theirs. Regardless I will now take him to Pediatric Dental Associates in Miller Square of which I've heard great things

I was in need of a new dentist and I found this practice right up the street from my house. What a great experience from the moment I walked in! Front desk staff is super friendly and right on top of everything. My hygienist was excellent for my cleaning and Dr. Rey was awesome as well. My new crown is perfect! A+++
