Total Dental Care is a family-based dental practice serving patients of all generations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since 1962. We use a cone beam digital X-ray to view the inner structures of patients mouths and map out precise treatment plans accordingly. For patients who want their teeth to look gorgeous, our team provides teeth whitening treatments, composite bonding, veneers, and orthodontic options. Patients work alongside their providers to choose between traditional braces, Invisalign, or Six Month Smiles clear braces and aligners.

Everyone very nice the Denist are very nice as well informative about your visit and what to do after your treatment and call after to check in on you to make sure you are not having any problems after you go home from your visit I usually am very afraid of going to the dentist but they make you feel very comfortable and at ease great experience

October 3rd 2022 I Went To Dr Joni Marcus For Cleaning. She Cleaned My Left Side Top and Bottom. I Had Pain On One Tooth and She Wanted To Dispute That." You Have Pain On A General Cleaning" YES I Did! She Finished Up. Then She Tells Me You Have A Balance Of 85.00 I Told Her No I Didn't. It Belongs To My 21 Year Old, Who Came To The Practice At 20 Years Old. She Signed Her Own Paper Work and Everything. I Told Her I'm Not Paying It. So Walking Out To Make My Appointment For The Other Half Of My Cleaning, She Stopped Me From Making An Appointment. She Told You Don't Need To Stop At The Desk. She Told Me I Had Gum Disease and I Needed Cleaning! And Now I Can't Make An Appointment?Back To Her Mean and Nasty Ways! Well They Never Really Stopped! Of Course I Have Other Stories About Her! I Been A Patient There For Many Year's Only Because Of Her Father Who Retired, The Wonderful Staff, The Convenience GOD Bless Them For Putting Up With Her All These Years!

Feeling good after having my annual cleaning today. Sometimes a lil nervous but, they make you feel so a ease & relaxed! They really do cater to cowards. Dr. Joni Marcus & the staff are the best the atmosphere is always so bubbly, full of smiles hugs & concerns. Angie is always giving hugs & greeting you with love. I travel almost 70 miles each way to come to the dentist. I do so because Dr. Joni , Toni, Ferah & the rest of the staff really treat me in a very courteous and professional manner.Although people like Dr. Chew and Ava are no longer there, The service here is great and I wouldn't change my dentist for any reason.

Every appoint is always pleasant, professional and timely. Any reasonably objections are always considered, no coercion of unwanted or unnecessary treatmeants or procedures. They are gentle and cater to dental cowards. Your best outcome is always a priority. That's what keeps me in their care for almost 40 years.
