Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons require hospital based surgical and anesthesia training following dental school. Dr. Sreeni came to the United States as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon from India and then put himself through dental school again at Boston University and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Sreeni manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Sreeni practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from Corrective Jaw Surgery to Wisdom Teeth Removal. He can also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Injuries, TMJ Disorders and Sleep Apnea and can perform Facial Rejuvenation procedures, Bone Grafting and Dental Implant surgery.
Dr. Sreeni is the fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the Maryland society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Mid Atlantic society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a longstanding member of American Dental association.
Dr. Sreenis staff are trained in assisting with IV Sedation/General Anesthesia within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. The goal of the office is to provide professional service with compassion and an understanding of the patients perspective.
Dr. Sreeni has also completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York and has worked as an Attending Anesthesiologist providing services for children and adults in the ambulatory out-patient center of the hospital. Dr. Sreeni is an instructor for basic and advanced cardiac life support for the Adventist group in Maryland. He is also certified in Pediatric advanced life support and is very capable of handling emergencies that could possibly arise in the office.
Dr. Mary Alexander, periodontist, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina and continued her education in dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery where she received her DDS degree. Prior to and during her dental studies, Dr. Alexander received funding and support from the National Institutes of Dental Research for her involvement in the periodontal research.
After obtaining her DDS degree Dr. Alexander spent one year at the Veterans Administration Hospital, in general practice residency focusing her training in the area of anxiety patient management. She then attended Harvard University and earned her clinical specialty in periodontics and a doctorate in medical science. Her doctoral research was focused in the study of bone function and metabolic disease of the bone.
Dr. Alexander received extensive training in dental implantology, periodontal plastic surgery, bone regenerative procedures and sedation dentistry. All aspects of Dr. Alexanders training are incorporated in her periodontal practice assuring patients thorough and comprehensive periodontal treatment.
Dr. Asha Narendra earned her first Dental degree in 1996 From University of Bangalore. She established her private practice for 3 years before moving to United States. She graduated from University of Pittsburg with DMD in 2006 and has been in practice since.
Dr. Asha provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care with an emphasis on occlusion, does veneers, root canals,extractions and Invisalign certified. She is a strong believer in educating her patients regarding their overall health and not just teeth.
She strives to provide the best care for all her patients by constantly learning, attending many continuing education courses to keep up with cutting edge technological advancements in the field of dentistry. She is currently enrolled in Dawson academy and is on pathway of becoming a physician of the masticatory system.

I was told id be paying $1000 for a procedure that was actually close to $2500. The doctor and surgeon were very rough and aggressive with tools and with their hands near my mouth, stretching my mouth and lips all sorts of uncomfortable ways. I was in pain from the nitrous oxide mask which was hurting my nose and they ignored it when i mentioned it to them during the procedure, and the nitrous oxide didnt even have an effect on me (likely not administered correctly since the mask wasn't sitting properly on my face) but i still had to pay $125 extra for it. Not sure what kind of practice this is and why most of the reviews are so glowing when i had such a terrible experience doing a routine extraction.

I am so impressed and relieved to have found this practice! my daughter has a phobia about dentists from previous trauma and they were so gentle, kind, personal and really made her feel very comfortable. some doctors are there just to do their job and some truly are compassionate caring and invested in good care, so if I had to say one true thing about this practice that would definitely be it! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and doctors are so well prepared for all personalities and services you're really walking in to a full service 10/10 experience. It was a pleasure even in the waiting room where you're attended to by the front end and no more paperwork while you go sit through a quick few clicks of a mouse instead. highly recommended as a mom and I will be back for myself! What a treat!

I had my tooth extracted and it was a breeze. Superiorly friendly staff. They approach if they need any additional documents for your paper and they are very prompt in responding.They took on time and I was out in 1hr. Very professional in all senses. Dr.Sreeni is a gem! He is warm and compassionate. He put me at ease instantly and explained the process very thoroughly. Was highly patient in answering my questions and took very good care of me. I never felt I met him for the first time. He is a genuine kind person. You wont regret if you go here. You will be in safest of safe hands

I drive almost an hour to visit this place. I had very bad experiences with other dentist before. One really good things to bring up here ...before any procedure getting it done, they will let you know how much it's going to cost, second they clearly explain about the procedure. Very friendly staff and very good service. Definitely will recommend it to my friends and family.

I had to seek an emergent dental visit for my broken tooth on a weekend. I was referred to Total dental care by my dentist friend. The entire staff were so empathetic with my situation and took care of me to deal with my emergency. The customer service culture at this office is one of the best I have experienced. Dr Narendra and Dr Sreeni patiently explained me the situation of my broken tooth and walked through the treatment options. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and caring nature.

I can also say like some others that the wait times are really annoying. I just tried it out and I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment started. My wife took my son there for his first visit and they had him wait over 15 mins too, which is a long time for a 3 year old. I'm not sure about going back. Edit- My wife waited over an hour and all she had were some x-rays done. I'm done with this place.
