Can't seem to get anyone to ever pick up the phone or return calls. I keep getting text messages too from their Farmingville office asking me to set up an appt but no one ever picks up regardless of the time. Leave a message on one of the extensions and that never gets returned

This place is so ridiculous they could be so good and so professional and help you and take care of everything for you and then sometimes they don't even returning your phone call for weeks and leave you an excruciating pain the last time that I was there my dentist is so mean to me she totally disregarded what I said she put in a claim through my insurance saying that I was in no pain there is no proof of anything wrong with the tooth my insurance denied it when they already approved all the other ones that I was in pain from and just let me in excruciating pain without even returning my call for two weeks where I had to see the emergency doctor yesterday and they still won't call me back

My experience here was great, and that is all thanks to DR Teneane. She made sure I felt comfortable and and talked me through the entire process of the procedure I was getting done. I wasn't worried at all!!

Terrible customer service, They man handle you and do not care about your comfort when they're doing procedures and on top of all that they messed up billing I would not send my most hated neighbor here... Also don't trust any of their views because the one lady who runs the shop aggressively asks you for a positive review and if you tell her anything otherwise she will catch an attitude... If you want mess up teeth with a bad time go here

Dr. Wolf is definitely the best dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. The Farmingville office staff are wonderful, pleasant, polite and they seem genuinely happy with what they do. Having some well needed and long overdue work done and am feeling very confident about it.

Stay away!!! My husband had an appointment this morning (which I set up a week and a half ago via office visit) to have his bridge inserted. The receptionist that set up appointment put him in first so there would be no waiting. Well low and behold he was told his dentist is not in until 6/22 and his appointment is now 6/26 - total BS!!!! The office told him he should have received a text message - no message was received on either one of our phones nor a common courtesy call to our home number to verify? (Funny all other times his appointments were confirmed was an actual voice call). Poor communication and customer service!!! Time to look for a dentist where a - you don't have to wait an hour past your actual appointment and b - common courtesy for a patient!!!!!

This place so bad. Not organized. I been calling for almost a week for Jennifer bc she does the insurances. Left a msg and nothing . Calling the front desk if they answer they leave you on hold and never pick up. I don't recommend this place .

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! they barely answer their phone when i went for a consultation i have to wait for 2 hours literally for the dr to tell me i need my my wisdom tooth taken out. it's been almost 3 eeeks since my insurance called me after approval, i call then right after the insurance called me they said it didn't show up in there system but it would in 24 hours and they still never called me to set up an appointment also they will leave you on hold for an hour, i do not recommend this place to anyone

Got my bottom wisdom teeth taken out and the dentist ended up cracking my tooth next to it and now the pain is unbearable and I'm afraid that now I have to get that taken tooth out also that had nothing to do with the original job. Pathetic.

DR. ORTENBERG is the Best Endodontics!! I went in to get 2 root canal treatment and I had the best experience. No pain during the precesure or after. After the anesthesia wore of I just felt pressure for maybe half an hour but nothing extremely uncomfortable. I went back to my regular dentist and he even said that this doctor that performed the treatment did a very good job, he must be very good and I said yes he was! I just want to say that if you ever have to get any dental treatment by a specialist don't go anywhere else. Try DR ORTENBERG he is AWESOME!! THANK YOU DR!!!

My experience with this dental office was completely deplorable. Me and my wife experienced incompetence beyond measure. My insurance company and my payment had to be collected FIRST BEFORE STARTING any work is office policy, bogus consultation on my wife's broken bridge at a cost of $250.00, 7 visits back to reinstall temporary crowns that still fell out even before arriving home only to have the permanent porcelain crown to finally come in but the wrong color and then return AGAIN to have the second crown manufactured incorrectly and unable to bite down, multiple billings for work not performed on me or my wife. I'll stop here. This office was referred to me by 1-800-DENTIST.
