Worst visit ever had an appointment at 3pm didn't get called in until an hour later of appointment time (4pm) note I was early to my appointment. I had called ahead to provide insurance information and they didn't have it ready. The equipment for room for cleaning want working and a lady was yelling at the assistants while they where preforming work (unprofessional) if you need to remind them of their mis Kate of not putting things in the charts do it in private not out loud while they are working on our mouths. So note even though I was here before there didn't get out until 5:35 pm and they didn't even do a full cleaning or my filling still have to come back . The ladies up front who probably have the job to read this were really disorganized and not goo customer service. Kept yelling at one of the assistant "panchito" . I am not sure what happened today as in my past two visit they had done so good.

I have to agree with Helen on her review about the receptionists here. They are unattentive and unwelcoming. Walked in, no acknowledgement, no greeting, nothing. On the other hand the techs and dentists in the back are very nice. I honestly only come here because they take my dental insurance and it's the closest location to where I live. Otherwise I would never come here again.

Never coming back very rude dirty and unprofessional. Weird rough staff always grabbing patients mouth so rough and there body language says it all how they don't even want to be here. 0/10 Don't ever come here unless you want your teeth botched

The receptionists were rude. never had such a bad experience before at any dentist we have visited. We booked an appointment online and we even got an email confirming our appointment. However, upon arrival, we were told any appointment we made online were not shown in the office's record. Then, we were told to wait and filled in our information and we didnt know what we were waiting for! After waiting for an hour, as we planned to leave, we were told to go in for a regular check up with a dentist that we didnt book for. Absolutely insane experience. We have visited many dentists but have never encountered such a bad experience before. Honestly if you were to treat your medi-cal patients without respect, i would rather you deny any medi-cal patients in the first place. Not to mention the hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. Here are some photos we took while we waited at the reception. The floor was full of trash and we had to sit with this trash for an hour! Stay away from this place! there are much better dentists elsewhere in Baldwin Park!

Thank you so much Total Care, especially TINA!!! I had so much anxiety over the procedure and expenses of braces for my son... but TINA put my mind at ease. She explained the process and offered an easy payment plan. I have another child who will need services soon, and I will return to Total Dental Baldwin Park because of the way I was treated by Tina. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family

Thank you to this office for the huge help and assistance they gave me when it came to starting my Ortho treatment. I'm very satisfied with the way this office is managed and how all the ladies and gentlemen treat me at every visit I attend. This dental office is wonderful. The whole front desk is friendly and Dr. Choi is a wonderful dentist. I am very nervous when it comes to dental work and needles, but he made me feel at ease. I saw their oral surgeon and his assistants Hector and Valerie helped me out during my visit by answering all my questions. I look forward to coming back to this office now that I have finished all my general treatment and have started braces with them too.

My two sons needed braces was hesitant hoping it wouldn't cost me a lot, after speaking with Tina she is the treatment coordinator she made it so affordable she put my mind at ease made it super easy! She is so informative and helpful I highly recommend this place !!

Very nice, clean and organized. Informative and great dental service. They helped easy to have them place braces on my daughter. Had payment plans available and affordable. Will recommend without a doubt they will treat my family and friends with the same respect.

Total care dental is an amazing dentist,specially for braces Tina was very helpful explains everything you need to know about your payments and helps you out with credit to get approved for braces, the service is amazing they treat you good no attitude and they don't rush you like other dentist, thanks to Tina i got my braces.
