Racist dentist office as a black patient ur left to wait two hrs for xrays...taking walk ins (Hispanics) over appt time forcing a longer wait and the nurses unapologetic for it...like its kool sickening!!!! Stuff like this flares up my anxiety and have my blood boiling.

They are horrible. Have an appointment and don't get attended at that time but hours later. Then they never answer the phone when you call. They are rude. The receptionist are rude, don't know what they doing, and unprepared.

This dentist is terrible! I had appointments but I was in waiting room for an hour to be seen. I understand doctor got another patients but they have me waiting 2 hours and the doctor come back out all the stuff in my mouth and I'm laying there and waiting and getting nervous. I was supposed get my broken teeth removed not root canal because my primary doctor referral me to this place . But this place is unprofessional and never again. I only like that one lady in front desk she's African American and she was very nice .

i was refered here for a retreatment of my rootcanal. no pain beforei got referal but left with infection . being told that i had no anibiotics and the xrays were not only showing anything wrong but they refered me telling me medi cal will most likley pull all of your rootcanals they only cover that. so i get the lettter antibiotics that helped and i call and try to make appointment the letter says go here for the endo specialist. i call and she says they dont do retreatments so that blocks my going to get help .. the truth is if a specialist doesnt do what he should be able to do easily, after doing 100s of retreatments its probably the worst dentist or one star dental option that makes it more likely later to get help if he does a one star job. what a joke someone is a specialist who doesnnt do what your sent for , but just wants to takke xrays and leave people in pain .. honest review blocked from treatment just like i see someone from my old church... moses is probably honest and that doubles the experience to real bad dentists who profile who they want to help and that is beyond my understanding if your goal is to help ,, these jokers cant remember what that even means.. brokedown system with crybabies.. who dont do alot of what they should.. more reviews of people who got help go into details please ,leave out the fake front desk compliments..2 real people who got no relief while delays can kill you but not important here.

ITS A SHAME TO HAVE GREAT DR'S/DDS BUT LOUSY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, UNINFORMED,UNPREPARED RUDE STAFFING BE APART OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND WONT FIRE AND REHIRE BETTER HELP!

This dental office is a joke. They billed my insurance for a treatment that I never received, and have made no attempt to rectify it. They have tried to illegally coax me into paying for treatments that my insurance covers. I would not waste my time coming to this office. Dr.Aryan Sadighim lied and said he completed a treatment that he never did on me. Kassandra, the office manager is incompetent and offered no assistance. Do not come to this office.

I came in over a month ago, got x-rays done, before requesting approval. I only have medical and had been referred here because I had to get all wisdom teeth removed. The staff in the front are friendly. However, when I finally had my appointment to get treated (a month later). they said I had only been approved for 2 to be removed and had to wait to get approved for the other two. I asked if they could remove the ones I had been approved for but they refused and said I had a problem with a nerve to get a CT before and later, make a NEW appointment for another day. I along with my father who drove me, had already lost a day of work for my appointment, I had received various calls to confirm days before, but, they never gave me all this information until I was sitting there waiting to get treated. It was very upsetting and regardless of how much pain I have been feeling they did not treat me. All they said was 'sorry'

Bad service! they seem to only serve people who pay cash. If you use insurance then wait 6 months to a year. The choice is yours!

Really enjoyed this office until they told me I was required to get an X-ray every 6 months before I could get a cleaning. This is not standard practice and I suggest all patients who go here should educate themselves about over-exposure to radiation.

Extremely unprofessional. Only puts in requests for surgeries where you have to pay out of pocket. It's been months that I requested a deep clean, only to find out that my doctor never bothered to notate it and send in the request although he said they did. The people that work here act incompetent and unprofessional. Switching dentists
