I only gave it one star so that I may leave a comment. The doctors at Total Care Dental are insensitive and inconsiderate. Do not take your elderly mom to be treated there.

I was surprised that this clinic actually took the time to help me understand what was going on. The Dr. was amazing with my son. She explained everything to both of us and was patient. Every other dental clinic I've been to (many), sucked. They're also clean and professional. Love it here.

When the nurse is using the laughing gas she doesn't pay attention to the people. 3 people complaining due to a nurse performance. Don't recommend this place.

Hello everyone I do not recommend this dentist office today I had a appointment and the dentist wasn't good at all the dentist didn't put any numming hell he just went in with the needle and started to give me shots it hurt and I pulled back because the pain was so bad he got upset and started to yell at me so I left and now I'm getting my wisdom tooth pulled some where else I would advise you not to go there been there 2 times same thing was done

Absolutely horrified by what my mother told me when she got home. She was almost in tears because the staff was very condescending towards her. Belittled her by telling her, "well it's your fault lady, you don't floss, your teeth are very dirty and we have 90 year old patients with better teeth than you." Wow! That's how ya'll educate and show compassion? I am Absolutely appalled and would suggest everyone to get re-trained. Especially the female "dentist" that examined my mother.

Very friendly staff and very clean. I look forward coming to this place. My daughter gets treated for orthodontics and loves how they let her pick her own colors to her taste. The manager Lupe is very friendly makes me wanna just hug her every time I see her. She makes me feel like shes family. Keep up the good work.

Virginia Diego is my dental doctor and she is awesome, she's very knowledgeable and experienced. She's very kind and helpful and a true master of her craft. She's a great representation of the great environment and energy that is at the total care dental office.

I can't emphasize how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with this owner. To put it briefly, she overbooks so expect long wait times, she's quick to offer bridges & expensive dental work before seeking alternatives, and is misleading with pricing. Long story short my husband now has a bridge that he did not need and is pain still months later because of it. Furthermore, I asked for clarity when being charged. Owner asked me to disregard the $450 she quoted my husband only to later still charge the $450 because it was $150 a tooth and the bridge required 3. How dare she ask me to diregard the $450 if that was indeed the total. I don't recommend this office to anyone. (No response needed from the office needed, my family will never come back to this office!)

I love this office the staff is friendly and attentive. The back office staff is professional and they know their dental stuff. I was nervous and scared when I went in for my crown. Dr. Moe was professional and made me feel so comfortable. I feel like I'm with family when I come here.

After looking for a dentist for my 2yr old and reading many reviews from other dental offices one of my friends recommended me total care dental I'm very glad that she did,Dr.Moe is a great dentist.After my experience I also brought my two other kids.The staff was professional and made me and my kids feel comfortable. Vanessa was the assistant for my toddlers she was very nice.

I was treated very poorly by the front desk receptionist I believe her name to be Isabel. She wears glasses and is alittle cubby. She screamed at me in front of coworkers and over the phone she had an attitude as well. She acted extremely unprofessional and should not be a front desk receptionist dealing with clients. I also saw her rubbing another coworker, playing with her hair and giving her a massage. This is not the type of behavior a professional person should be displaying. She gossips about clients and is just overall a very rude person. I was also very displeased with waiting for an hour to be seen while three other people passed me and were called first. I wont be going back there after the horrible experience.
