Dr. John Tosi is the most knowledgeable an experienced Dentist I have ever found!! Very Professional, an communicates so well with his Patients. I have been extremely pleased with Dr Tosi an the intensive work he has done on my teeth.. Highly recommended!!

I really like both of the Doctors, but they need an overhaul of their office staff. They are rude on the phone, rude and snide when you go in, unwilling and unhelpful, to say the least. I am posting this because I have been unable to get my son in for his braces check up for nearly two months now. They never seem to have availability, and my husband and I both work. The braces are paid in full, so this really ticks me off. For the Doctors alone, I would give a 5 star review. But their awful office staff makes me dread every appointment.

I needed to find a new Dental Office and I found a good one. Great staff from the front desk to the dentist. Kim was my hygienist and did a fantastic pain free job. I highly recommend Tosie Dental!!

Best Dr. And Best service me and my family ever had. He is professional, courteous and genuinely cares about each and every customer. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Tosie the best. I know you will agree. Donna S. Snyder. RN BSN

Horrible customer service. We have been going there 18 yrs. we got new insurance and no one told us they didn't take it. Received a bill for 141$ for teeth cleaning. When I called was treated with disrespect. Asked to speak to dr Richard Tosie. His response was " we are done dealing with you and need to go else where" the hung up on me

Michelle Shuttle the office "manager " is just pitiful. She is condescending disrespectful and talks to people as if they are beneath her. I had an issue with getting my insurance company to pay a remaining percentage of a bill. Once that was taken care of ( yes, it did take a few months) I paid IN FULL what I owed. At that point Ms. Rude had the nerve to tell me if I want to continue to be a patient I have to pay them in full and bill my insurance company. Excuse me? No. I did all I could do outside of paying a balance I knew was inaccurate. I was a patient for nearly 10 years and because of her I would never go back. I thought Dr. Tosie was great but honestly if he chooses to employ someone like this I can't trust his judgement. DO NOT GO.

I must say from the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The staff was so nice, and Dr. Tosie was very knowledgeable and explained things in ways that I understood. Kept assuring that I was doing ok. The facility was so professional and clean I felt very comfortable and not nervous. Thank you Dr. Tosie and Staff
