Dr. Michael Tosh grew up in Logansport, Indiana. He spent his childhood working on projects in the garage with his dad and learning about the medical field from his mom, a registered nurse. Math and science captured his interest in school. His moms nursing career directed him toward a future in the medical field. He found dentistry to be the ideal blend of his interests and talents.
After completing his undergrad studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, Dr. Tosh relocated to Indianapolis and attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Tosh began his career in Indianapolis before opening Tosh Family Dental in Lebanon in 2005. In 2013 the office became Tosh Dental Group reflecting a team approach to dental care. Blessed to truly love his career, Dr. Tosh is committed to giving each patient the best experience. He attends many hours of continuing education annually to challenge himself and to stay on top of innovation.
Family life fills most of the Toshs free time. Dr. Tosh and his wife, Heather, are very fortunate to have three wonderful children. Their sons, Gavin and Garrett, and their daughter, Elliotte, keep them very busy. Dr. Tosh and Heather still occasionally find time to enjoy dinner out with friends or catch a movie.

Nicole is our director of first impressions. Her voice greets patients on the phone and in person when visiting the office. She wrangles our schedule every day. If you need to get the whole family in before the end of the month, Nicole works to make it happen.

Kristen mastered insurance benefits and interpreting confusing information years ago. Once our clinical team recommends treatment, she translates it into a financial plan. Kristen investigates outstanding claims with a vengeance. You want her on your side.

Marketing something as unique as Tosh Dental Group never disappoints Amy. She savors the glow of a well-done promotional event or marketing piece. Amy switches between managing reports and spreadsheets to developing newsletters and social media posts. She is genuinely grateful for the many patient spokespeople who refer friends and family to our office.

We often overhear Lisa complimenting patients. Her sincerity and compassion shine through when discussing treatment, home care and even what you did over the summer. Lisa makes comfort a priority with her gentle touch and thorough explanation of procedures. She works to make every visit a pleasant experience.
Kiersten brought a fresh air of fun into our already fun-filled office. Her big smile greets patients and carries through each visit. She excels at transferring patient concerns to Dr. Tosh to make sure each one is addressed. Everyone loves her energy and enthusiasm.

The Tosh Dental Group brand is a result of Heather. Her vision for the practice comes through in the look and feel of everything we do from the wall colors to our circular business cards and even to the warm welcome you receive. Its all Heather. We rely on her graphic design background to develop effective, good-looking materials. And she helps a ton with keeping Dr. Tosh in check.

Dr Tosh is an exceptional dentist!! Have loved my experience getting new upper dentures and partial on bottom. He patience caring and listens to all fears or concerns. His assistant Kiersten is awesome!! Such a sweetheart and personable. The front office staff are always pleasant and a joy to deal with!! Thanks Tosh Dental Group...A+ 5 stars!!

I had a dental emergency on Saturday. My veneer tooth fell out at Gram's birthday. I texted Tosh dental on Sunday night to see about getting an early Monday morning appointment. At 6:49 they texted me that I could come in at 7:30. When I arrived they greeted me and I explained I needed to be out by 8:15 to get to work. They escorted me to the exam room and completed the repair before 8:00. From the front desk greeting to the exam and repair and the checkout everyone was so nice. Dr. Tosh and his team are the most efficient and nicest dental team. They not only took care of me, they respected my time and I left feeling really good! You guys are the best. JJ

I neglected my dental and oral health for years. I had avoided the dentist by fear, lack of insurance and cost. I went for an exam because of gum issues and migraines. They did x-rays and explained in simple terms my issues. They helped me work on my gum issues. The dental hygienists that cleaned my teeth and gums were very patient with me. They coached me on how to use a water flosser and answered all of my questions. I had a lot of cavities, they did an amazing job taking care of it and putting the resin. I love that you can't really tell which part is my teeth and which part is resin, they matched it well. I used to have to take ibuprofen almost daily for years due to migraines. Since getting rid of all my cavities I haven't had any migraines. I go weeks without taking ibuprofen. It's been life changing. I am extremely satisfied with all the services provided by Dr.Tosh and his staff. I love that every time I went it was pain free and the staff was on time. The dental office is clean, spacious, bright, well decorated and colorful. The staff is very welcoming and they accommodate patients well. I highly recommend this dental group.
