As a graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry, he has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the absolute best that dentistry has to offer. He is constantly attending continuing education courses focusing on the rapidly evolving science of implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry in order to bring his patients the latest technological advancements. Not just a cosmetic dentist, he also specializes in implant dentistry, treatment of the TMJ (jaw joint), occlusion (how the teeth come together), Invisalign (straighten teeth without wires), and Cerec crowns. Cerec is an all ceramic, single visit, chair side CAD/CAM restoration system. It allows Dr. Toschi to create perfectly fitting, aesthetically pleasing, strong ceramic restorations in one office visit (Crowns, Onlays, Inlays). Cosmetic dentistry is a restorative practice that deals with the aesthetics of the mouth. With cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Toschi can help you get rid of dark teeth and gums, gummy smile, corroded and fractured teeth, and misalignment.
Teeth Whitening is the most common cosmetic procedure that is used to restore the aesthetics of the mouth. The mineral structure of the teeth wears out and the enamel becomes porous with time. Discoloration and stains fade the luster from the smile.
An oxidizing gel is applied onto teeth and a blue laser light is used to activate the chemicals in it. The oxidizing agents enter the enamel and break down the stains to give you a lustrous smile. Teeth whitening can break down both intrinsic and extrinsic stains. It is of two types:
These wafer-thin shells fit over the enamel snugly and restore the natural appearance of chipped and crooked teeth. Porcelain veneers mimic the light reflecting a property of the natural teeth and cannot be distinguished from the adjacent teeth.

This review is long overdue! I have been with Dr. Toschi and team for over 26 years. Dr. Toschi in my book is hands down the best dentist. His staff is so amazing and professional. I have also had invisalign here and the whole process was in my opinion effortless. I love my hygienist Bonnie. The assistants to Dr. Toschi are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
