RUDE! RUDE and RUDE!!!Made me feel uncomfortable and stupid. The way he talked to his staff was embarrassing. The operating rooms are dirty, looks like they haven't been clean in months...

I'm fairly new to the area. I just had an "onlay" come off on a Friday afternoon and called Dr. Torrey's office and even though I had never been a patient, they fit me in and Dr. Torrey and Lauri were both FANTASTIC!

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a small child After coming here almost 2 years a ago, meeting Dr Torrey and having him break down the dental work I needed (done is still needed due to pregnancy preventing it) I made the decision to become a dental hygienist. I'm currently wrapping up my prerequisites and will be starting the program soon. I can only hope to end up working in an office that is as understanding, informative and reassuring with their clients as Dr Torrey is.

He is rude as hell and a bad dentist on top of that. I just left there about an hour ago getting a root canal done when I told him to stop because I was feeling him drill and it was excruciating pain he continued to try and perform the procedure like I was lying or something! He finally stopped and gave me another lidocaine shot after I was waving my hands like a mad woman for him to stop! I told the assistant that I was in a lot of pain still and I didn't understand why because this was the whole reason I was there in the first place to hey out of pain! When she told him he just shrug his shoulder in a none Caring way and said she can just take I Motrin when she get home. I explained to him that I was in more pain than when I first got there!!!!! He finally ordered me something stronger. I hate this dentist I'm sitting here in excruciating pain

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Very rude and nasty to employees in front of patients . Horrible bed side manner and yells at patients . He made me terrified to go to the dentist .

I hadn't been to the dentist for many years. Dr. Torrey did his best to make his work as painless as possible. Very good experience so far. :)

Selected one star because I can't select zero. Very rude when what he wants is not done. Worst experience of my entire life. Yelled at me for not having my wisdom teeth removed, even though they weren't causing me pain or crowding, and was very rude to me the entire time. Did a second examination of my teeth very aggresively once he found out i did not do what he wanted, which caused me more pain then the first examination. Very narsassitic and very very rude. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Stay away. Dental assistant was so sweet though she needs to find a dentist that is nice and understanding to the cliental.
