Dr. Anderson and his team are excellent - smart, professional, honest and friendly. Dr. Anderson provided excellent care (with compassion) and his team provided wonderful support (scheduling, billing, etc.). I was so grateful I brought them donuts! I'm glad people and businesses like this still exist.

Highly recommend Torrance Endodontix. Staff is very friendly and professional. Pricing is up front and fair. Dr. Anderson took his time to explain and perform the root canal. Very nice office. Best of all - No pain!

I had a root canal on one of my molars today and was nervous about it. Dr. Robert Anderson was so gentle, funny and reassuring. Very professional office and friendly staff. Dr. Anderson's assitant Sabrina was great with me too. I highly recommend this office for their ease in making things happen while working with a nervous Nelly like me. <3

I've had more than a week to think about this review. I would give this a 2.5, but all things considered there ought to be a higher standard in healthcare industry services. Staff was attentive, Anderson has a good system in place for check in and subsequent follow-up after root canal; you get an email with an informative video and a phone call from an assistant who was very personable. The procedure is more expensive than the average cost ~$1450, that being said it was less painful the following days than the only other one I've had. But the prior endodontist was much more gentle and considerate when in my mouth. Anderson himself was impersonable and impatient. I felt pain after numbing, this seemed to be upsetting to him. I said my bite felt uneven and premature, and I got another headshake and a verbal criticism suggesting it was my fault that the temporary filling solidified faster than I could set it on my own. These root canals are supposed to last, and maybe it most certainly will, but I've paid for TVs of the same price and received better customer service, I've had contractors tear up my walls and be more considerate. My mouth isn't a car engine. If you're concerned this could happen to you or sensitive to dental work, go somewhere else, unless you want to roll the dice on catching him on a bad day.

I have a very high pain tolerance and I've had multiple surgeries (former athlete). For some reason it was such a hassle for the staff to communicate with me while I'm in immense pain, possibly the worst and my face is so swollen that it's closing my eye... post root canal. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Nice ladies upfront, but I was unable to speak to a doctor directly when I'm sure he's just sitting at his desk. Like come on, is it that big of a hassle to hop on the phone to speak to your patient instead of having the ladies up from be the middle man? I arrived at the hospital and was asked right off the bat, "who was your dentist".... I'll keep my photos of my face private so I don't embarrass myself LOL

Needed two root canals done and was referred to Dr. Anderson by a trusted friend of mine. The procedure went very smoothly. Staff was diligent and professional and the doctor was very polite and informative. He took his time to explain the procedure, answering my questions in terms I could easily understand; then, performed the procedure flawlessly. I felt very comfortable as he and his staff reassured me throughout the process. I had virtually no physical pain or discomfort throughout the process as well. It was the best result I could have hoped for and I strongly recommend Dr. Anderson. He's an Ace!

Dr. Anderson actually was nice. First time I went there he was quite but explained procedure to me. Went back the second time because Dr. Pham from Lontoc DDS did my restoration and didn't did a good job, left some filling causing my tooth to hurt. I was Told I needed another root canal and charges me an arm and a leg, I wasn't happy with their service so I went back to Dr. Anderson coz I thought I needed another root canal, he was honest and told me I didn't need one. He fixed it and didn't even charged me. He's efficient in doing his job. I only trust him to do my root canal. Been to many endodontist , he's the best so far. Clean and friendly staff.

Terrible service at this office. Instead of informing me that the annual dental benefits were maxed out BEFORE I had any work done, an oral evaluation and x-ray were done FIRST. So I got charged for those out of pocket when the office manager should have told me beforehand.

Never in my life would I have thought that I'd have an experience with a root canal like the one I had here. I've had two root canals before going here. They were painful and I actually lost one of the teeth due to complications, so I was worried when I heard that I had to get another one. When I went in for the procedure my worries quickly started to dissipate. The office itself was very clean and had a professional air about it. The staff was incredibly organized, kind and helpful. Dr. Anderson, who did my root canal, was very competent and reassuring throughout the whole process. He worked diligently and even tried to see if anything could be done to avoid another root canal and save my tooth. He took his time to explain the whole procedure and made sure that I was comfortable because I was visibly anxious. So I couldn't believe myself when I saw a negative review with his name in it. I strongly recommend Torrance Endodontix and Dr. Anderson to anyone who needs endodontic work and I will only go here if anything arises.

I had to get two root canals recently. One by Dr Safa and one by Dr Anderson. They were both very professional and the back and front office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Much faster then my past root canals. Highly recommend.
