The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very professional. They work with you and make your experience pleasant and relaxing. Very patient and understanding. I've been coming here for years and I'll keep coming back.

Let me start by saying the first dentist that I was with wanted to charge me 5k to do all sorts of things. He made me a list or plan on what should be done about my teeth. I decided to switch to Torrance dental center and my first impression was great, staff are friendly and they actually will help you about your insurance and payments. They are knowledgeable and professionals. I had done a deep Cleaning and it cost me $360 for both side. My teeth looks better now and feels better. I'm coming back for 2 filling. This place is great and it's close to home. I feel that I'm well taking care of here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Rafie and with his office staff. Personally, I feel the doctor was very straight forward and honest regarding the appropriate dental treatment I needed while helping me prioritize a treatment plan. I highly recommend this office if you need dental care in the area.Thank you.

My experience was great however I later found out that Torrance Dental Center missed several things during my two visits there leading me to go to a different dentist who treated me properly. During my visit with my new dentist, I found that Torrance Dental Center had billed my insurance for procedures that they did not do... including billing me for a night guard that I never received! I called twice for clarification and got the run around. Completely unprofessional and not to mention illegal. I don't recommend coming here, but if you do, make sure you follow up with your insurance to make sure they are billing your properly.

Everything went very good. Front desk service was courteous and professional as usual. The dental hygienist (Mindy), was excellent and professional. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr.Sherry was excellent as usual. Torrance Dental is the best!

I had a cleaning and filling done this week. I've been coming here for more than 5 years. The guy assistant who did my cleaning seemed new, never seen him there before. He started very gently and was very polite, he kept asking me if I was okay. But when it came to the scaling and flossing, he was more ruff and hurt a part of my gums, which I told him after he hurt me, and he apologized. I had to come back another day for the filling I needed. The dentist tried numbing me a couple times, but didn't seem to work, my tooth was still very sensitive through the whole process, but didn't want any more of the numbing shots, my mouth and jaws already couldn't move. Not sure why the numbing didn't work for my teeth. I love the service here, the people are friendly and hassle free, which keeps me coming back. Tooth and gums are still sore from both visits, hopefully they feel better soon.

I gratefully appreciate the hospitality imparted upon us. From beginning to end, I was nothing but amazed and ecstatic by the exceptional service. The climax of my dental experience was my amicable hygienist whom was spot-on and gave spotless cleaning procedure. Can't wait for more!

I had seen Dr. Sherri who prepared a tooth for a new crown. She did a great job, it was painless and she had a great attitude toward me as well.

This dentist robs cash patients. I went for x-rays and a cleaning. I left paying $300 and no cleaning because they said I needed a deep cleaning and that would cost even more..These people should be a shame of themselves. If you have insurance, you may do better here. The staff was nice. The Dr was emmm idk the robber? I guess or they're all working together. Forget about this office. I wouldn't recommend it. Come to find out I could have gotten x-rays and a cleaning for way less. I didn't know any better. And the Dr wanted to just pull multiple teeth. I wanted a fill for a broken tooth ultimately. He said he could refer me or something but I said I'd think about it. As well as the ridiculous price of the "deep" cleaning. I left this review yesterday and I received 2/3 called from the office. One I answered but I was on an important call and driving I couldn't talk I clicked back over. The woman left a message saying there was a discrepancy about my review so it urge me to find my receipt. So I was charged $180.00 for x-rays and $60.00 of that was for them to read the x-rays to me. Like the fact that your taking x-ray you would think that would be aromatically included. So I'm fixing my mistake. But it doesn't change the fact that I still feel "taken" by this office. Don't be fooled by politeness and smiles. And please office don't call me.

Dr Rafie and his assistants give great care. I highly recommend him to Anyone looking for a sophisticated, intelligence and highly skillful dentist. His prices are reasonable too.
