Dr. Osada worked as a dentist in Japan before she came to the U.S. Settling in Eugene, Oregon, she became an exchange teacher at multiple schools where she taught Japanese culture and traditions to children. Dr. Osada enjoyed teaching and spending time with children. She then completed a 6 month internship program for an advanced implant program in 2004 in California. Dr. Osada received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious Loma Linda University in 2010 through the International Dentist Program. With over 20 years of experience, she takes a conservative & efficient approach to care for her patients. She is known for her gentle touch and provides only the most current & personal care.
Dr. Osada is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Harbor Dental Association. In her spare time, Dr. Osada enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with her family and friends.
Erika has been part of our practice since she graduated from Dental Assisting school. She enjoys helping and educating patients on how to achieve and maintain a healthy smile. In her free time Erika enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Hello my name is Vanessa. I have been in dentistry for 5 years. I took an interest in this field because I love to make people smile. All though I have not been in the dental field that long I have been in customer service for over 10 years. I have always loved to take care of people and being there for them. On my spare time I am very outgoing. I love to hike, go camping, dirt bike riding, zip lining and traveling.

Amending my review, because my filling came out and they would refuse to fix it. Not only that, but they would constantly call me regarding a retroactive charge left on my account that the insurance company happened to miss of a $1.40, and kept ignoring my frustrations with their poor service. I understand that times are tough especially for dentists, but they care more about milking their patients for money than actually caring for their patients. Never returning.

Naomi Osada is very gentle and good with her patients. I am one who does not like hearing the drill or having the injections for numbness but she did it and I felt great. The staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Save your time, and money. Establish your relationship with a dentist elsewhere, as they don't appreciate customer loyalty and will not accommodate you if family emergencies happen. 1 Star for cleanness of office 1 Star for availability of appointments when they are booking you Dr. Osada does have an accent, so it was difficult to understand her when she was trying to explain procedures.

This dentist is very different from my previous dentist, in a good way. At Torrance dental care, the staff takes good care of you. The doctor and staff answer all the questions you have, they go out of their way to make you comfortable, they follow up with you for appointments, etc... it really shows that they genguinely care for their patients. I'm so glad I found this office.

Fantastic Dentist, great, friendly and helpful office staff. Dr. Osada is very thorough and capable dentist. The office staff has been very good at informing me of the right balance owed after insurance payment so I can make appropriate budgeting vs dental health choice.

Called Thursday July's 18th@9am and spoke with Jennifer, about some dental work for my wife. Gave her my name and phone number. She told me the Dentist was busy with a patient and would call me back later the same day. Today no callback from anyone. Friday july 19th @9:30am I Called to speak to Naomi. I get Erika on the line. She says again Dr is busy with patient. I told her I didn't get a call back from day before. She states we called and left you a message, and verified my phone. I didnt have any voicemail or missed calls attached call records. As I was telling her this the phone call disconnected. I called back at 2pm and again Naomi is with a patient. I told a different girl what had happen on previous calls. She stated that Jeniffer was not in and Erika was out to lunch. I told her I was going post this review explaining what happened. I didn't receive a callback. Here is my review. I'm curious if dr Osada received my messages.

This dental office is truly person centered!!! Dr. Osada and her staff are very efficient in assuring the patient is aware and understanding of the treatment plan that is recommended. She takes her time with treating her patient. She recommends the most efficient, yet most cost effective method of treatment for the patient. This dental office provides high quality customer service and treatment! I highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new dentist who cares about your well-being and maintaining Excellent oral health!!! Dr. Osada and her team are phenomenal.

well....this is the first dental office that wanted to charge me 25 dollars for e mailing my x rays to another dental office, they also want to charge you for cancelled appointments. i had a 1 hour conversation with marissa (receptionist) regarding a bridge and unnecessary procedures they wanted to perform on me and of course bill my insurance for any procedure they can get away with. i would not be surprised if other patients are not satisfied and have filed complaints with proper authorities. greedy dental office.....i do not recommend.

I want to say this was a great experience with such a friendly staff. The Dentist really made sure to explain everything thoroughly. I was really happy and I actually look forward to my next dental appointment (crazy right?)
