After having an absolute horrible experience with another dentist on Elm Street, we stopped into the Topaz dentist office. I explained the extreme pain my adult son was in and how the other dentist office did not do anything for him, Candace took action and spoke to Dr Baker. After X-rays were taken it was decided that Dr Baker could extract the wisdom tooth. Her kindness and patience was the best of any dentist I've ever met. The staff in this office went over and beyond to get my son taken care of. I would definitely recommend this office and believe we have found a new family dentistry office.

Staff will wait days on end to do their job and update anything new on your account and take zero responsibility for it. I've had to call multiple times about charges that were not supposed to happen on my account because they decided to wait multiple days before reporting the changes to their 3rd party Dental Banc. And ever call about it ends the same way , just them saying it wasn't reported or updated on them and there's nothing they can do. Don't waste your time here!

Had an appointment and the day before they wanna call and say we can't see you cause you haven't had your teeth clean by us. First of all we brush our teeth anyway. Second can't they just clean them their anyway. Guess not they wanna be stupid. Do not get braces here will take a year after they say when the final day is.

I have been calling to reschedule a appointment and haven't got a answer on the phone in weeks ! I know will be so backed up because y'all for one won't answer and when you yall are going to say there is no next appointment until months from now I do NOT recommend then dentist very poor customer service this is the worst dentist in the world and I will be coming in a canceling ever thing and never coming back !!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to Affordable dentist Near me in Waco it is a whole lot better!!!This place is terrible. I booked an appointment online on their website the day before, I got an email an hour before my appointment saying that they canceled my appointment because they don't have that time open anymore. I was disappointed, but they offered a different time so I accepted it because I just needed to go to the dentist. Well I booked it and then I got a phone call saying that they can't get me in because I'm not 21( I am 19) Apparently you have to be 21 or over to book an appointment. This place is terribly run, if you are trying to decide on a dentist to go to in Waco look into Affordable Dentist Near me Office, they are wonderful there!

Very very poorly ran business! You will wait HOURS every time. My daughter was supposed to have braces removed in February which was delayed to April due to one tooth having not been moved yet. Which we've been "moving" for over a year. April turns to June. We arrive in June, set up to have removed only to have them tell us we can't due to covid (as she's in the chair). We come back in 6wks for them to tell us this is her final appointment, she'll return to have removed. We've had 3 final appointments at this point. I asked if covid will affect the removal (since that's what they said last time) the answer this time is only if it's a morning appointment. So they want to schedule for October to remove because they're booked. So we're supposed to wait 9 months and still not have the youth moved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

My daughter was scheduled today to come in for 4 extractions.. We get here and she's not on the schedule.. So they want me to RESCHEDULE or pay outta pocket.. I took off work FOR WHAT?? They don't even care, just keep saying pay out of pocket or reschedule.
