I've been taking my kids here for about 2-3 years. I've decided to finally quit. They schedule appointments, and then either put them incorrectly in the system or tell you the wrong time. Whenever you miss an appointment, it's counted against you and looks bad for insurance. I don't regularly miss appointments anywhere, but it's a common circumstance with this place. I checked my email this weekend for our upcoming appointments and realized, once again, I would have shown up at the wrong time because the system shows two different times for the same day. I've also gotten FIVE PHONE CALLS for an appointment reminder (I did answer and respond to), and they started calling my brother about them as well. He had to block them because they kept calling. I'm just fed up at this point. Last time I showed up at the "right time", the front desk insisted I was an hour late even though I had the email check-in on my cell phone that showed the time I arrived. I'm just done dealing with this. Other than that, dental staff are awesome with kids and do a great job. It's just the scheduling and front desk that is really ruining the whole experience for me.

Brought my son here for his braces. He sees Dr Peters who has been great at explaining the process and the results are coming along so nicely! The assistants are also awesome at explaining everything and their overall work. Angela does a great job at coordinating appointments. My son and daughter also see the general dentist for their regular visits and the experience has been wonderful. Both of my children are comfortable and at ease when getting work done here. I highly recommend Topaz Dentistry!

Got my Braces at Topaz and Angela, the girl up front was very nice and friendly. The Orthodontist there, older gentlemen, did a really good job, answered every question I had and was very friendly. Thanks to their whole team there!

Love love this office!! Angela and the ortho team are great! The team goes above and beyond from explaining the needs of braces for my daughter to actually giving the care to her while she has them. And very affordable too.

I receive treatment at Topaz Dentistry and I really enjoy and appreciate the effort the staff do to help me, Antoinette from ortho is really sweet and she helped me out a lot. I recommend Topaz to any and everyone who needs dental or ortho care!

Very fast service love the staff Destiny did an awesome job with my kids, they absolutely loved her! Carlos worked with my son and he really liked him had no problems I usually have a hard time with my kids but not this time, Dr. Patrick was also amazing!! With my kids will continue to stay.

Have been taking my daughter her for many years. Dr Patrick is amazing, caring and understanding. She has a wonderful attitude and chair side manner that a lot of doctors tend to lose over the years, but she is still the fantastic doctor/person she has always been since day one. The staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. I've had few problems with this location and will continue to come back to this location and Dr Patrick.

Employees are very unprofessional, environment is dirty and unorganized. Waited a hour to be called after scheduled appointment time and staff walks aways after you are numbed and in chair. I confirmed an appointment 3 times and still had issues when arriving. DO NOT COME HERE.

This place seems like it's OK but Dominique is a terrible customer Service agent. Maybe hire somebody who sounds like they want to help people Who are in need and hurting instead of someone with an attitude.

Terrible Service today! 4 kids with 2 at 11a and 1 at 12noon. Kids were seen 1 1/2 hours after appt time. We arrived at 10:10am . Kids had other appts could not make and was hungry 6 kids total. Then at 2p waiting on paperwork to be signed they expected me and my kids to wait til the Dr was done with another patient procedures to sign them and return them to me. Very bad customer ser. Don't over book yourselves. My paperwork should have been filled out during the scheduled appt. , please do better.

Never will I ever come back to this place ... Every time I had an appointment for my child they would cancel it without my consent. When I would finally get her into the office they would tell me I had to reschedule because there is no one available to see her . My daughter went almost a year with a cavities in her mouth due to they rescheduling her . I finally got tired of it and went with someone else.

I have been taking my family here for at least 10+ Years, including 3 children and recently convinced my husband to get his cleaning and treatments there and I have always loved coming here. I have edited my last review since they really did everything to make it right. I would add that if you want a less busy day please avoid Saturdays at all cost and do weekday mornings. every dentist that has worked here has been wonderful to work with. I will continue to be a customer/patient.

Please please do your research before signing up for Ortho with Topaz. Not only does this office skimp you on benefits in comparison to other Ortho offices but their staff reassured me we would get one replacement Retainer for free and after a year when I needed to replace that retainer they told me they would not honor that and there would be a $500 charge. Poor customer service in delivering the information, no accountability. I highly recommend checking out other offices before giving your money to Topaz.

I'm only 40 minutes into waiting this time for my daughter's ortho appointment but there's a waiting room full of patients. Last time we were here for braces to be adjusted last month it took over two hours and I was told they were double booked. Same circumstances the month before and looks to be the case today. We used to be in an out in 30 minutes. Now it's a waiting room full of patients and a... less than pleasant receptionist, to be polite. Seriously considering going to a completely different orthodontist.
