I've never had such a disastrous experience as in this clinic, I think that the 3-month-old ships making a denture and it's no good, they've already taken a mold 3 times since the last piece almost cut the roof of my mouth, the man they say makes dentures doesn't know how to work the woman who makes the molds and tests and I don't know who else said my money won't be refunded. now there's dentures for the deceased who doesn't feel anything, because I can't use them myself, it's a destructive experience, I don't know what to do, I'm looking for help to recover my money almost $4,000 it's absurd I don't even have dentures or my money.

This dentist office is a very nice place! Roni was very professional & jasmine made the x-ray process fast! They brought me a very nice and comfortable visit! I was very satisfied my stay! I recommend this place for your dental needs :)

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother took my disabled sister in law here just for a cleaning. From the jump the employees were disrespectful, then not wanting to give there names, or the cooperate phone number saying they don't have one lol. THE "MANAGER" herself said that. As a supervisor myself the behavior these employees presented was disgusting and unacceptable. And then the several 5 star reviews left after my mother left hers, real obvious lol. I hope you ladies grow up and learn how to properly work your job. The multiple negative comments completely out weight the 5 fake good ones btw.

The worst experience ever. I made an appointment for a cleaning yesterday as a new patient. Not only was the building dirty and torn up, there was no separation between patient chairs so I could see and hear everyone same as they could see and hear me. Super uncomfortable. Then 2 hours into the appointment, I still hadn't gotten my teeth cleaned nor seen a dentist!! The hygienist diagnosed me with a condition and told me I'd have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a deep cleaning. THE HYGIENIST. Not the dentist. She doesn't have the authority to diagnose patients!! When I was there, I told them I wanted to wait to get a second opinion so they let me leave without even talking to a real doctor. This morning, before I'm able to call any other offices for an appointment, their office calls and says the DENTIST looked at my file and x-rays and said that I actually DONT need the deep cleaning and everything is actually not bad at all. They recommended I see a different hygienist if I come back from treatment and cleaning. Hell no. I am beyond upset, what a horrible way to treat new patients. Terrible experience, do not choose this office!!!

I should have listened to my gut after the first visit went so poorly. My son was scheduled for cavity fillings. To our surprise, he also received a root canal and a crown. The tech hands me two blank consent forms to sign AFTER the procedure was done. She couldn't even be bothered to fill them out first. There is absolutely NO communication with parents during the appointments. They see children as dollar signs at this place. Furthermore, you are required to wear a mask and wait outside the building until you are called. Meanwhile, the front desk staff are without masks, eating, laughing, and doing anything but their actual jobs. This place is an embarrassment and should be shut down!

Every appointment I have here is amazing. The staff is so friendly and I've had nothing but great experiences for myself and my entire family. But the best part is the management team. If I've had any small issue in the past it's been dealt with right away and explained in detail so I understood. All of my children go here for their regular cleanings and one of my children is in braces. Erica and Ricki are so sweet. The front girls as well. I think the main one is Grizelda. Anytime ive needed to reschedule an appointment she's handled it without issue. We're a busy family and things come up so it's nice knowing I can reschedule if needed. We recommend everyone we know here and will continue. Thank you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They will just waste your time and get your money. I was supposed to start clear aligners with them since March and they keep giving excuses and rescheduling my appointments. I have stopped doing important things waiting for my appointment and they keep canceling at last minute. I don't even know how to describe this place, but it's one of the worst places that i have been.

Rude! Cancel all your appointments because they over book themselves. Office is poorly ran! They don't send referrals over to surgeon and you find out the day of surgery. Then they don't call to rebook you, so surgeon is full. Leaving daughter hurting with a tooth that is sinking. You keep paying for braces without treatment. Brackets and bite blocks come off 10 minutes after we leave office and they refuse to fix it fix for months. 1 yr of braces and maybe 5 treatments.

My experience was great, very clean and neat. The staff were beyond helpful and wonderful especially the office manager Erica she went above and beyond to make sure my visit was the best of the best I will definitely be coming here for as long as I can!!! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would

If no stars were available, that would be my choice. Making patient's sit outside in their vehicles until their appt. Refusing to give out the corporate phone # so I could better understand this policy, office manager refusing to give her name. I've been to numerous doc appts in the last 3 months for myself and my kids, not one place made us sit outside. It's hot #1, #2 no one has gas to keep running their vehicle to stay cool. Ok, I got you honey. Better brush up the resume sis. I'll know your name soon. HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE..UPDATE 7/29/22....Now all of a sudden, in 1 day there are 5 or 6 5 star reviews lol...sounds funny to me...guess someone got plucked up..good because the service my friend received was horrible and NO, I'm not done!!

Riki and Erica are amazing managers. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Love the place and looking forward to get to get the rest of my dental work done. I suggest this place to all types of dental. Go check those ladies out they are amazing at what they do!
