Dr. Nima spent eleven years in training to become an Orthodontist, acquiring the skills needed to manage tooth movement to provide straight, healthy smiles. Before entering orthodontic residencies, orthodontists are required to become dentists first by completing a four year dental program. This means that orthodontist have a full understanding of oral health and mechanics even before starting their orthodontic specialty training. Out of 100 dental school graduates, an average of six go on to become specialized orthodontists.

All members of the Top Smile supporting staff are professional and registered dental assistants. We aim to have a team that is diverse, with several team members being fluent in Spanish to better serve the East Dallas community. Dr. Nima Rohani is originally from Tampa, FL and attended the University of Florida on numerous academic scholarships where he graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University in New York City. and a a certificate of Orthodontics and a Masters in Oral Biology from University of Nebraksa - Lincoln.

Fallon Garcia serves as our Treatment Coordinator and lead Dental Assistant with a passion for orthodontics and over 10 years experience. She was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. Fallon loves to help patients understand their orthodontic treatment and accompanies them in every step.

Fallon is a mother of four beautiful kids; three boys and one girl. She enjoys DIY projects, travel and exploring new places. She spends most of her free time with her family and friends. She's very involved in her kids' activities: baseball, football & cheerleading. She's friendly, humble, outgoing and a team player.

Daisy has been a registered dental assistant since 2015. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the progress on patients' teeth. She was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in Dallas, TX. She enjoys going to dog parks with her fur baby Luna, listening to crime documentaries and traveling.

Cindy has been in the dental field for over 10 years as a patient coordinator. She loves being part of Top Smile, a team thats so dedicated, passionate and professional . She was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. In her free time Cindy enjoys spending time with her two sons and traveling. Cindy is also an advocate for Autism awareness.

As a registered dental assistant since 2020, Stephanie loves seeing patients build confidence with their smiles. She thrives working in the dental field and hopes to one day become a dentist, She always aims to provide Top Smile patients the same high-level care that Dr. Rohani gives his patients.In her free time, she spends time with family and friends at her family's ranch. Being in nature and away from the city brings her tranquility and she finds this very therapeutic.

Casper and Coco are the official Top Smile mascots. They are both French Bulldogs, Casper is cream and Coco is brindle. Casper and Coco are extremely friendly and enjoy all the attention they can get. Casper loves long naps in the sun, cuddling on the couch and playing fetch. Coco enjoys going on walks, chasing squirrels outside and will do anything for a treat. If you're lucky, you might catch them during one of their visits at the Top Smile office in Sunnyvale!

Beyond providing orthodontic care that is conducive to oral health, Dr. Nima enjoys constructing smiles that increases patients' self esteem and last a lifetime. He appreciates the personal relationships that are formed with the families during such orthodontic care. Dr. Nima designed his practices committed to the latest technologies in order to provide the best treatment possible to his patients.

At his core, Dr. Nima believes that the way to change the world is through education. As the first member in his family to graduate college, he knows first hand how education can transform the future of an entire community in just one generation. Through his leadership, Top Smile Orthodontics and Pediatrics diligently supports education organizations in our community through sponsorships, partnerships and contributions.

In addition to his efforts supporting educational incentives, Dr. Nima is firm believer in expanding access to dental care for those in need, his services have taken him as far as Guatemala to provide treatment in areas with limited health care.

Dr. Yasi Yazhari is a Texan through and through! Born in the suburbs of Fort Worth, she attended UT Arlington where she graduated Summa Cum Luade. There, Dr. Yazhari cultivated her passion for oral health and dentistry, deciding to pursue a career in making people smile. She graduated from dental school at UT San Antonio Health Science Center and then completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the UT Houston School of dentistry. Her career began in private practice and for the next five years she also maintained an Associate Professor position at the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry.

During her years in private practice, she realized that interacting with pediatric patients brought her joy. Impressed by their resilient nature, and with the depth and breadth of pathologies that involved this age group, she decided to further hone her skills as a dedicated pediatric dental resident at UT San Antonio Health Science Center. There she treated children in both clinical and hospital settings and served as the Chief Resident during her last year. She is a board certified pediatric dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Following her pediatric residency, she began practicing as a pediatric dentist in the DFW area. As a trained pediatric dentist with an extensive background in general and specialty dentistry, she performs routine operative visits as well as complex cases under general anesthesia.

She is passionate about education and organized dentistry. Dr. Yazhari is currently an Associate Professor at Texas A&M college of Dentistry where she has the privilege to teach in the Department of Pediatrics. She is also an active member in the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
