I tried to get my dentures in Franklin and they made me wait over a month for my appointment and I had to wait 2 for damn hours after my appointment and the dentist was really rude. Luckily I found top dental care who never makes me wait and the staff is all very friendly. They accept medicaid too.

I recently went to top dental because I was referred there for a failed root canal. Great doc, nice and friendly staff. However they didn't even try to see if my insurance covered said procedure and tried to hand me a pay before services bill.So I explained that my insurance should be covering this and they still had to call to see exactly how it would be billed ect.I would think these steps would've been Smoother. Also I feel the room I was in was tiny for 3ppl..I can't say I wouldn't go back though it was a step above other dentist I've been to.Plus the main thing good work that is healing nicely.

The office is absolutely beautiful inside. Very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. Dr Santiago made sure to get my needs met quickly as I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal. He made sure to help and make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain when I left their office. I would 100% recommended them. I had a wonderful experience there and you can't say that often with many dentist offices.

Love love this dentist and the office! Waiting room designed beautifully and set up perfectly for client comfort. The Dentist is patient and knowledgeable! Conservative with treatment which is extremely important. I have always had extreme anxiety with going to the Dentist and would find any excuse not to go! I highly recommend it his office for all dental needs!

Both dentists who worked with me were very conscious of making sure that my fillings created a good bite. I'm scheduled to go back in 6 months. I was very relaxed, and now my teeth are feeling and looking better.

I was so impressed with Dr. Ocampo and his team. I went for a root canal...So afraid of the procedure because of all the horror stories from my friends. To my surprise it was great. No pain at all. He explained every detail to me and I am doing well! I recommend Top Dental Care to everyone now. Estoy muy contenta con el servicio de Dr. Ocampo y su equipo. Fui por un root canal y tenia miedo pero el me explico todo de manera simple para yo poder entender y no me dolio. Recomiendo a Top Dental Care.

At this point, I can't say enough positive and good vibes from Dr. OCAMPO. I have never had any doctor, medical or dental spend time discussing my procedure, like Dr Ocampo. Having extensive dental work, sometimes requires a additional person to come along, my Mother took me, and met Dr Ocampo. Even though she is not a patient she was very pleased with his knowledge and his overall kindness. I'll have many more appointments in the future, and extremely excited to see the outcome, but also a bit scared. The entire office has put my mind at ease, as well as Dr. Ocampo! Thanks to all for your patience and understanding regarding my hearing impaired. That definitely is a plus for me!!

Hands down the worst dentist I have ever seen! I have a huge phobia of dentist and told them that. They did nothing to help that, and possibly made it worse. I went for an appointment about a tooth needing a root canal and crown. All they did was X-rays and then told me I would have to go to a specialist just because it was a tooth on the top set. It made absolutely no sense, especially when they were willing to do extensive work on my wife's mouth. I wouldn't even bring my dog there for a cleaning. And the cherry on top was I told him how bad the pain was and he gave Tylenol. Who doesn't already have Tylenol at home. It's just insult to injury. So if you happen to need any major work done... Definitely don't go there!
