These ladies were great, from the front desk all the way around. It was both of my little ones first time so we were all anxious and they made it easier for us! I also love the entertainment they have for the little while you wait which leads me to my next point, we had basically no wait time which anyone knows when you go to the drs to expect to wait a while so I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely going back for our next visit, thank you ladies

Recently moved my daughter here because I wasn't happy or even comfortable with the place I was taking her to before. We were extremely pleased with our care. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. Thank you!!

My young girls are always nervous to go to the dentist, but every time the hygienists are very patient and accommodating to put them at ease, and they walk away smiling and telling me it wasn't so scary!

everyone was friendly and understanding and my son felt comfortable with the dentist and tech working on him. I was supposed to get info sent to me to fill out at home since I did not have my reading glasses with me. other than that, everything was great!

First time going to toothzone. It was a wonderful experience. They made my kids feel welcome and comfortable. All the ladies there were nice and very friendly. Will definitely brings my kids back here and be their main dental stop.

If there was a place to put 0 stars I would I would not recommend taking your children to this place they don't know what they're doing. They will out source you to another dentist or orthodontist that doesn't take your certain private insurance. Then they will try and blame you for their mistakes. Also when you call them they are extremely rude. They took me off of hold and I personally heard Blanca and another team member being very disrespectful talking bad about me and how I just won't take no for a response. If you want to jump through hoops and get sent all over the place because staff isn't properly trained on how to check what providers take certain insurance than go see toothzone. Horrible place don't waste your time. It's not about quality of care with them it's all about the money aspect to them. That is quoted by their manager in the loveland office Blanca.

Absolutely amazing staff and office. Grateful I found this place! Great communication, activities to keep children busy while waiting, and very prompt so you barely even wait! Highly recommend to all parents to bring their children here! They don't tell you your child has issues with their teeth just to make money, they do what needs to be done and try less invasive routes before going straight to fillings. Pretty awesome based on my previous experiences! Yall are the best!
