I don't know what's going on different at this office but it has to be new staff or something. Because the way they answer the phone now is so ghetto. They answer the phone (Hello Tooth works) then finish their conversation with someone else. Talking about vacations and swimming... My aunt wants me to relocate to another dentist but I'm not sure what to do.

I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could! Waited over an hour and a half, number one. Most importantly, my 3 year old is awaiting open heart surgery, and is in need of a dental clearance (to rule out infection) in order to undergo the operation. I was referred to this place by another dentist because of my son's high anxiety as it pertains to the dentist. I was told that they would give him laughing gas or some other relaxing agent, which was incorrect. The staff at dental works informed my husband that they do not give sedatives for a routine cleaning/xrays/exam. Upon my son's first visit, he was uncooperative (because he's THREE and anxious) and they were only able to get X-rays of his front teeth. The staff gave up trying and said we would have to come back for them to examine his back teeth. Fine. We came back today, our appointment was at 2:00, and we weren't seen until 3:30! I got in the chair, held my son on my lap and proceeded to restrain him the best I could so they could get the X-rays done. It was not successful, so they suggested strapping him down. I was against this but let them do it anyway, as his heart surgery pretty much depends on this exam clearance. After strapping him in the papoose, the dentist (Indian lady) came in to assist the hygienist. The hygienist, I could already tell, was gonna be the one to irritate me. She was acting annoyed, as if she weren't dealing with a toddler. The dentist was pleasant at first, but when she realized she was not going to be able to get my son to open his mouth, she began to get forceful. At one point, she asked her assistant for the little dental mirror, and she began sticking the tail end of it forcefully into my baby's mouth to pry it open. His lips were dry and she was stretching them every which way so violently, I had to tell her "do NOT make his lips bleed!" Finally I said Ive had enough of watching him suffer as they tried to shove the forceps in his mouth, and told them to stop. The dentist then basically tried to blame ME for his anxiety! She first said that his reaction was SO out of the ordinary and them started asking me if anyone at home made him feel like he should fear the dentist. THEN she asked if I had him watch any videos about going to the dentist (I have) and kept trying to make it seem as if SOMETHING must be triggering him. We left. Now my baby is complaining that his inside cheek hurts, and lo and behold, his inner cheek is TORN and red from these idiots ramming instruments in his mouth! I am taking pictures and reporting them to whomever I need to. This place was a nightmare and I hope no one else's toddler went through what my son went through, especially after everything he's been through with his heart and impending surgery.

Everyone is nice and very professional. Lady seats near the front door, old skinny blonde, who checks temperature and ask questions about COVID-19, act like she's the doctor. Terrible attitude with horrible manners. People like her will ruin your day.

Can't complain about staffs inside, but lady at the front, checks temperature, very arrogant and rude. It was our 4th visit with our daughter, but man I must say she needs to go before everyone changes their children's dentist.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars because of dr. Harvey. I have multiple children so Ive been in and out peditaric dentists for a while. By far Dr. Harvey is the best, but be aware that other dentists do work for her and she does mainly OR work. She was able to complete 4 crowns, 3 fillings, and even added some sealant as a courtesy to protect my 2 yr olds teeth in one visit that took about a half hour. My older son had a similar issue and had to go to our previous dentist 12 times to complete his work on less teeth. As I watched Dr. Harvey do her work she almost hypnotized me lol, as she sang to my child and soothed him while working so intricately with her hands. She was very systematic and didnt waste time. Very neat and skilled for sure. One major thing I appreciated was that they used some kind of soft silicone tongue gaurd that hooked to the vaccum to suction his saliva so he wouldnt choke. This in itself was so much more gentle and less invasive than those old fashioned hard guards that some other dentists still might use. Im a mom who does a lot of research and calculation of where I take my children. This place has me sold! Edited to add we did go to dr. Mollie for another child. She was skilled in her work but went too fast with the numbing shot. She seemed to be working between us and another child so perhaps she rushed. I understand kids are hard to do, and the front has really tight gum tissue, but i myself know how bad that hurts. A really good dentist will go slow enough that its barely felt. I know this from experience. However im giving the benefit of the doubt here bcz perhaps its better to go faster with kids.

My 4 year old had a cavity that needed filling. She was very nervous and afraid. They were very reassuring, they took the time to calm her down, get her to listen, and were able to do the work quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all that worked with us. Xoxo

The staff and the dentist were so patience with my not so cooperative child on his first visit to their office! Their professionalism and patience deserve a 5 star rating!

Was stressing bout the stain on my 12 month old tooth, so I made her her first appointment at toothworks. They put this momma 2 ease. Everyone was so nice and pleasant from the time we walked in up until we left. They ate my little princess up. Everything was clean and they walked me threw every step of the cleaning. I love it hear. Wish my 15 year old coul attend but SHES AT THE TEENAGE STAGE. My sister been talking bout them for this last year. I let them know she referred me and they sent her a gift card. Great hospitality . We love it here already.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This dentist office lacks professionalism and communication. They had me take a day off of work and had my young child experience an unnecessary dentist visit just to have me come in and tell me he had cavities that I already knew of and had X-rays transferred from his original dentist that shows he had cavities. They didn't fulfill our needs and didn't do the procedure that we came in for. If you don't want the run around and your time wasted do not take your child here!!!!!!
