Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is a family man revolutionizing family dentistry. He married his soulmate, Chrissy, in 2007, and they have four adorable children. As an Arizona native, Dr. Jeziorski thrives on brightening smiles all across the state. He received his degree in kinesiology before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health through A.T. Still University. With his passion for education, Dr. Jeziorski provides guidance to dental students at the Central Arizona Shelter Services Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. In addition to educating others, Dr. Jeziorski regularly attends seminars and conferences to continue his own dental education. He also provides his personal cell phone number to his patients. Dr. Austin Shackelford is the 5th generation of his family to take part in the dental profession here in Phoenix, Arizona. After being born and raised in Arcadia, Dr. Shackelford went on to attend the University of Utah, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Latin and served as captain of the baseball team. He returned home for dental school and graduated in the top 5% of his class at ATSU Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Shackelford furthered his education by completing three years of specialty training in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. Dr. Shackelford is excited to continue his family legacy and to provide optimal care to his patients using his strong foundation in general dentistry and his specialty training in the recognition, diagnosis, and management of oral diseases. Dr. Shackelford is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and is a fellow of The American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his wife, Carleigh, and their Australian Shepherd, Raine.
Hello Everyone! My name is Dr. DeShondra N. Leonard. I grew up all over the U.S. and abroad due to my father serving in the U.S. Army. However, I spent most of my adolescent years in New Orleans, Louisiana, where I went on to graduate from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. I then set my eyes on pursuing a career in dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee. I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2012. Since graduating, I completed an AEGD residency program at Wichita State University in Wichita Kansas in 2013. Since then I have been an associate doctor at several practices in Houston, Texas for the last 7 years and treated babies as young as 6 months and all the way to 99. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging with my sorority sisters (Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc), staying active, traveling to find the best beaches in the world, and rooting for my hometown football team, The New Orleans Saints. My passion for dentistry started around age 16 when I went to the orthodontist and got braces. The transformation in my self-esteem and confidence due to that experience impacted me in a way that made me want to have that lasting effect on people as well. Some of my best career experiences have been mission work in the Dominican Republic and Houston Texas where I have been able to provide dental care in communities that may not have access to healthcare. Although I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, Endodontics (root canal therapy) is my biggest passion. Helping my patients retain their natural teeth for many years and also eradicating pain and infection brings joy to me that can not be explained. It is my hope that when I meet you, youre left feeling like a member of my family.
Dr. Swanson is a new resident of Arizona. After growing up in Rockford, Illinois, he attended the University of Illinois (Go Illini!) and majored in molecular and cellular biology. Following that, he completed dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Finally, he made his way out to the southwest after completing a one-year post-graduate AEGD residency at the Zablocki Veterans hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Swanson loves the wide array of procedures encountered in general dentistry, and he thoroughly enjoys getting to know patients and making them as comfortable as possible during treatment. He is very adamant about patient education, taking time to show patients pictures and explain procedures and preventative measures that can improve oral health greatly for his patients.Dr. Swanson is very excited to explore Arizona. In his free time, he can most likely be found hiking, on the golf course, or caring way too much while watching his Chicago sports teams.
Dr. Cullinan is originally from Carroll Iowa and attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He moved to Arizona in 2003 and has been practicing general dentistry ever since. Dr. Cullinan enjoys hiking with his family, walking his dogs, and skydiving.

Had a sore in my mouth that was very painful. Toothology took me in on the same day, and very quickly identified the issue and treated it for me at a very affordable cost. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience for my first visit. Everyone here is friendly and goes above and beyond. Eduardo my hygienist made sure I knew what was going on. Let me choose what I wanted completed. the Dentist was awesome giving me recommendations but didn't make it feel like he was being a car salesman. Upon leaving the ladies up front made sure to leave me with a great impression.

Always a wonderful experience at Toothology. From the greeting you get when you arrive. All the dental assistants and dentists are ALWAYS friendly, they explain exactly what their going to do and pricing is always made very clear. I will not go anywhere else!!!

Actually I was fully cooperative and ready to give any records needed. Sorry I wasn't going to bend the rules for you and get an unnecessary x-ray while pregnant for a simple teeth cleaning. I have another one scheduled for today.

Just an FYI that you as a patient will be required to wear a mask during your visit in this office. The Covid 19 policy on their website does not reflect what they are demanding in person.

Toothology was amazing! I had a tooth ache, called Toothology and was in a chair getting help within a hour. Both Dr. Halliday and his assistant Tiana were amazing. They got right to work diagnosing my issue and correcting it. They both have very good bedside manner and we're very conscious of my pain tolerance level. I would highly recommend Toothology!

Dr Swanson, Nick and Tia provided the most awesome service today! My 10 year old is very nervous at the dentist and it has always been a struggle to go take care of his teeth. Worst dental office I've ever been too. The African American front office woman they have is rude and unprofessional making comments like peace out ect. Plus they harass you with more than several reminders about scheduled appointments. Last visit I had the dental technician Lazerd my lip instead of my cum like she was supposed too. Also they will change scheduled appointments on you.

From the cleanliness and welcoming feeling of the office to how authentic, genuine, and compassionate the ENTIRE staff was, I am completely blown away! Best experience in a dental office I have ever had. Shout out to Tiana who was absolutely amazing and eased all of my anxiety during my emergency exam. Shout out to the front desk woman who worked with us on financials and putting together a plan and made it so easy, comfortable and affordable. And the doctor - my goodness, so real and down to earth. I'm not excited to have emergency surgery in a couple days but the office has made everything so easy and comfortable, I KNOW that experience will be just as amazing as my emergency appointment today.
