Dr. Salar grew up in Los Angeles, California. After earning his bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC Berkeley, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree. Immediately after graduating, he attended the prestigious NYU/Bellevue hospital program where he received his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry.
Upon finishing his education, Dr. Salar moved to the Great Sierra Nevada area where he has since served infants, children and adolescents in the local community. Although Dr. Salar emphasizes preventive dental care, conservative dentistry and home maintenance, his extensive sedation and surgical experience in performing full mouth oral rehabilitation has established him as the go to pediatric dentist for children requiring advanced complex treatment plans, special needs, anxiety and systemic health conditions.

My 2 year old had her first appointment at this location. The assistant walked us through how I would hold her and they were quick, friendly, & professional! So happy with the service and that my child felt so comfortable!

Terrible experience!!! I went in today for a cleaning and check up. They claimed I had my teeth cleaned at my last appointment, I did not!!! They billed my insurance for the service, they did not perform. They argued with me and I just left. Please go anywhere else!!!!!

I'll make this sweet and simple. Do not go here. Do not bring your children here. I've never been so disappointed. I'm sad my kids have to wait 6 months to get a real cleaning. I wish I could fight this and have my insurance pay for a real cleaning somewhere else.

I am completely dissatisfied with this dentist office. They are closed on random days with no notice, as well as not taking care of referrals and just customer service in general. I would actually recommend this office to my worst enemy...

I had an excellent experience here. For my daughters dental care and mine. Nicole at the front was very friendly and helpful. Maria did a great job making me feel comfortable for the x-rays and cleaning. My teeth look so white. Dr.Davies is gentle and informative about my care plan and I would recommend this dentist office and will be back to continue my care here.

I LOVE this place! I had a deep cleaning done today on my lunch break and WOW! Absolutely Amazing! I am always greeted and treated with more than just your average customer service dutiful attitudes but rather a we've known eachother for years and we are here for you Dentally and understand charismatic atmosphere from the whole office. Thank you so much Nicole, Jenny and Dr. Davies...... You made my whole day and I can't wait for all 3 of my Babies 1st appts in a few weeks! You guys Rock!

Was at the moment understaffed but still managed to get more done than was expected. Had an awesome experience and who was very helpful and patient was Jenny W. Who answered all of our questions and took the time to show/explain exactly when and what needed fixing. Thank you guys!

Excellent staff and service! Recently had to change dentists. I have four children and they were able to all be seen on the same day at the same time which was a lifesaver for me! It was quick and hassle free and my children liked it which made the experience even better! I highly recommend them!
