I have been a patient here for years. But recently they hired a staff that are rude to the point of arrogance. I will never go again. Neither should you.

New to Reno. Took my 3 toddlers for their yearly cleaning. I knew my oldest had a few small cavities. Instead of wanting to fill the cavity the dentist here knew we had Medicaid and took advantage knowing extraction of the tooth pays x4 the price of a simple fill so informed me they wished to pull the teeth instead of fill them. Extraction: $1200 Fill $289 Took my son to another children's dentist for a second opinion and they were easily filled. No problems. I wouldn't recommend this place. No one could tell why they wanted to pull his teeth. Update*** I have called several times and no one knew.. YOU'RE office wanted to do a 3rd opinion for another fee of course. I will never come here again. This is insinuating that I never called to ask about the tooth I did, and no one had any answers. Anyway, tooth is filled from a other office. Will not be returning.

My children were all due for check ups and with a new insurance came a whole new office and Dr. Which lets admit as parents is difficult to change things on your babies. But come to find out that the entire staff at this office was AMAZING! Especially with these crazy times we're all facing together. The receptionest, the dental assitants and Dr were so welcoming and comforting. The Dr was incredible and my children absolutely loved their experience and I look forward for my children to have their future check ups here. Thank you so much and keep on rockin

The multiple dentist appts for my 6 cavities has been an adventure for sure but dental assistant/ lead assistant Levi made them so much more comfortable. Not only does he lighten the mood of being in the dentist chair, he's super informative about what's going on in your mouth. Someone who really does deserve a pat on the back. Thanks again Levi

Excellent for removing bad teeth they took this on an emergency but after over a month fitting dentures but they are still trying . But have been very helpful and have been trying to fix the problem . They have been working hard at resolving things still trying . They did fix this totally had this problem taken care of thank you and mt rose. And tooth fairy office . Was really appreciated .Really was . Levi , Vicki and both dentist they did a great job at the finish . Thanks. .

Took my 3 children in for routine exams and cleanings .the staff were kind and welcoming and made us feel so at home! I was very stressed about the whole trip having all the kids exams at once ,but the staff made the transition so much better than expected! Jenny W. was so thorough and kind and considerate.As was Stephanie. They had such a friendly positivity about them the entire visit (even though one of the kids can have some troublesome behaviors at times.) They maintained amazing professionalism and relatability. They even accomadated our larger group with only the two people and 1 dr. available in office. I was so thankful to get them all done at once and still allowed the flow of being involved when Dr.Davies did his exams.The staff made it so easy to alternate between rooms (&kids). I must also make a special note for Dr.Davies. He gave me nothing but praise and kudos on the little ones teeth and it made my day having such positive feedback,as well as guidance in any possible problem areas. This place feels like home.no judgements. Just smiles and amazing customer service.Thank you everyone who made our visit so special.Looking forward to the kids next exams!

They didnt get my cleaning preauthorized through my insurance even though I had my appointment scheduled 2 months in advance the dentist also overlooked a few surface cavities which is I will get fixed somewhere else.

Amazing dentist, Dr Vu. I would also like to state that it is not the dentist that doesn't accept Medicaid, Medicaid does not provide dental care for people over 21, it has nothing to do with the dentist. Medicaid will only cover necessary extractions in adults. That is all. Love this dentist. My a pediatric dentist, either. But my daughter cracked her tooth in half and he basically patched it until her mouth is done developing and we can do more. She hid her smile for a long time because no dentist would help because if her age and the damage. It was a wait and see. Now she smiles and we will be going to Dr Vu when we get the permanent fix in a couple years Thank you Dr Vu!!

They only accept medicaid if you are under 21.
