Soon after, she practiced dentistry on the Navajo Reservation as a Lieutenant in the Navy in Arizona where she dedicated most of her time taking care of children with low socioeconomic and poor access to healthcare. She then practiced in Salem, Oregon also limiting to taking care of children with low socioeconomic. In early 2001, Dr. Minh Luong moved to Las Vegas and has limited her practice to children under the age of twenty-one.
Since then she has traveled to multiple third world countries treat children in convalescence homes and war refugee camps. She is now actively serving her community. She also donates her time and offices to provide dental treatment to Smiles for Kids Club. She is currently on staff at Sunrise Hospital and several surgery centers.
Doctor Minh Luong enjoys traveling to different countries to appreciate the different cultures. She also enjoys cooking, baking, photography, snowboarding, and spending time with her family. She is married to Dr. James Vahey, a highly respected Orthopedic Hand Surgeon in Las Vegas. They have three young children, Hannah, Matthew, and Selena.

Don't even bother to go there as adult. They don't do much for adults and they shouldn't take adults appointment and waist people time.

They overbook. My 5 year old daughter & I waited over 1 1/2 hrs AFTER our appointment time before we got seen. I will be going to a facility that respects their patient's time from now on.

I am absolutely disturbed! First time I came here I was here for almost 3 hrs.... they apologized and acted like the are behind... well today we sit down... tons of people here again... the ladies next to me were upset cuz waiting so long... so I asked them how long and again they said they are running behind.... these people are so greedy they way over book have people wait and wait as more people keep walking in.... the place is jam packed y?? If we are sitting waiting do they need to book this way??? and don't care how long u are waiting! So greedy and selfish... not to mention their little kids room is still not open..... Place packed and family had to stand while more just walked in... why?

The worst dentist I have ever been to!!! Do not come unless you have the day to spend there! They book like 10 families at once! And yes previous review I agree 100% absolutely greedy!!!! There were 3 families waiting standing next to door while we have been waiting for over an hour!!! Why are people still coming in??

Staff is kind, that is the only good thing I have to say about this place. All I asked for is an evaluation for lip and tongue ties, if they did the procedure there, if insurance covered it as well as the sleeping gas and stitches, all for an 19mo old toddler. I tried to cover all necessary questions or possible barriers. First appointment, waiting room was overcrowded and they looked overbooked as well. I was turned away after waiting for over 30 mins, said they needed a referral and couldn't see us. Second attempt, I was waiting 1.5hrs just to be seen, they thought we were doing a cleaning! Understaffed they claimed. Doctor was with us for just 3 mins to look at her mouth and told us she cannot have the surgery yet because of her age as she cannot be put to sleep, it is not something they do anymore for kids who cannot stay still. I am beyond dissatisfied with this place. Front staff is not well trained or knowledgeable, this is something that should have been mentioned before I wasted so much time, gas, and effort running around with a toddler. Very inconvenient and just all around needs improvement. If they don't know the answer, they should be welcomed by the dentist to ask questions to better help everyone... you would think this is general common sense, but could be lack of training.

We were first told about Tooth fairy dental from our Murrillo friends and so far every visit we have been too is amazing, they are friendly and my kids have no problems here . Thank you to the wonderful staff for an amazing job

I took my daughter here today and they were awesome! She was very nervous about getting some baby teeth pulled that hadn't fallen out on their own yet and they were so patient with her while she got up the nerve. The dentist was able to pull the teeth without any pain to my daughter and on the way home she said "I'm glad I got my teeth pulled today" She won't be so nervous next time now that she knows the care they take.

This Dentist is HORRIBLE!! he put a cap on my sons tooth and he was in so much pain he cried all the way home I went back told them to find out why he is in so much pain apparently he didn't numb him ?!? Wow! Then they put a filling in my daughter tooth and it fell out the next week This guy has no clue what he is doing DONT GO HERE FIND A REAL DENTIST!! I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR

This dentist is horrible! The Dentist wasn't professional at all. Didn't say a word to my 6 year old son came in gave him a shot. Then left for 30 minutes and came back still didn't say a word to my son or his father he didn't even make sure my son was still numb. He yanked his tooth out. My son came out of that place dripping blood from his chin and left him traumatized! That's so horrible my son had to go through this. Not only was he crying but I as well. Who does this to a child? We will definitely never be back to this place again!
