Need to see an emergency dentist in the Rio Grande Valley? Please give our office a call, and our team will be happy to assist. Dental emergencies include any situation where immediate assistance is needed, like when an adult tooth is completely knocked out, or a dental abscess is causing unbearable pain. If you call during our office hours, we will clear space in our schedule and begin preparing a treatment room so we are ready to go upon your arrival. After hours, your call will be forwarded to Dr. Barbin directly, and she can meet you at the office.
Dr. Francesca Barbin is originally from the Philippines. She graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and continued her education at Northwestern University, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Barbin then completed her residency training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, and she has also completed a mini-residency in sleep medicine at UCLA.
Dr. Barbin decided to move to Las Vegas in 2003 to further her dental career. During this time, she acquired the rank of Major within the National Guard and committed thirteen years of service to our country and its citizens. Dr. Barbin also became one of the top dentists in Las Vegas, and some of her patients still travel to Pharr to visit her and receive treatment.
Dr. Barbin has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, and she is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She moved to the Rio Grande Valley to be closer to her family and fell in love with the people and the community. Dr. Barbin truly enjoys her work and helping patients achieve optimal oral health, and she looks forward to working with you and your family!

Everyone was patience and kind. I felt relaxed and were very gentle when they cleaned my teeth. The Dr. was very sweet and respectful to me. I ready liked her. I'm so glad Cigna found this place for me.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I had an emergency with one of my teeth. They fit me in no problem. Upfront with pricing and had a lot of options when it came to the procedure. Love the tooth fairy!!!

Everyone is so sweet to my boy. I've never had to wait long, the Dr is so friendly with both me and my son. My son never cries or is scared or feels uncomfortable. The Dr describes what she'll be doing before she does it and she's patient with me so. Great customer service and I've never had any problems.

Everyone was super nice. They didnt overbook the visit so i was only waiting for about 5 min before they got to me. I was able to fill out all my information online before i got there. I had no discomfort and they explained my plan of treatment well. I look forward to the rest of my treaments. Dr Barbin is super nice.

I recently took my toddler to the Toothfairy and he had a good experience with Dr. Barbin. She made him feel safe and comfortable; he said that going to this dentist was fun! The staff are friendly and understanding I definitely recommend.

The sign in and waiting part of my appointment went very smooth considering it was my first time there. The young lady that assisted me was very patient and kind as well as the one that cleaned my teeth. But the dentist on the other hand talked to me for 5 min at the most proceeded to stick her fingers all in my mouth and repeatedly say how i needed braces as if it wasn't obvious she never even explained what were the issues going on in my mouth no one did I dont know if will be returning
