Beautiful place but the communication is terrible my daughter waited four months for a appointment just be told because she had asthma issues they couldn't see her we also missed work and school on top of driving 35 mins out to this appointment ridiculous they should communicate better

Dr. Braxton and her entire staff are fantastic!!! My daughter has intellectual disabilities and going to the dentist had always been a challenge until we came to Toothbeary. They are highly trained and sensitive to her unique needs and I give my highest recommendations to this dentist and her practice in Glen Allen.

Everyone was great!! Especially Shardonnay when checking in made him feel at ease. And the assistant Kee was great and patient with him. Dr. Braxton thank you for your time and patience!!!! Kandice the office manager was wonderful as well!!

Amazing experience at this dental office. We just took our one year old son to Dr. Braxton and she did an amazing job. She kept my son calm and was able to do her exam quickly and gently. I am so happy and could not have envisioned a better dental experience. The staff at this office are very nice and welcoming as well. The office is so clean and inviting. We will only be coming here and are so thankful we found this office. Thanks guys great work!

This place is awesome! I found this place on google. The reviews were five star. I noticed one /one star from a Kim-Yen Le. That review is bologna! My kids loved it and the doctor was amazing. She went over and beyond in assessing my children to make sure she didn't miss a thing. She treated my kids as if they were her own!! My wife was so thrilled that we finally found a trustworthy doctor.

I took my son to the dentist today. He was afraid, but steadily trying to remain calm. He hadn't been in a very long time, and what he remembers is simply "drilling". I remember putting out a social media call awhile back for the best children's dentist, and I received an overwhelming result of which everyone told me to go to Toothbeary Pediatric Dentistry. A few of my friends even said "you know that's Darchelle's business right? She went to John B Cary with us remember?" I'm like yyyeeeaaahhh of course I remember her! I had no idea that this place to which everyone was highly recommending was owned by someone that I knew and went to school with. I get to support a friend, and black owned biz (I love it). HUGE thanks to my long lost friend Darchelle Braxton, and the whole Toothbeary staff (they were all so friendly) for making this return to the dentist an easy thing for my son Jordan. They constantly checked with him to make sure he wasn't feeling any pain, Darchelle and I even got to reminisce about our days at John B Cary . My son has to return next month and he isn't even scared. Yes! [He's excited about getting laughing gas I told him I'm DEFINITELY recording that!!] I highly recommend @toothbeary to anyone! They have the Vinny Blanco official stamp of approval -Vincent Ellis White

Dr. Braxtons bedside manner is despicable for children. I truly expected more from a pediatric dentist office. This office is quick to push sedation and nitrous gas when not all the time necessary. Time seems to be their priority instead of using it to make sure your child is less anxious and comfortable. Perhaps they could create a more positive experience for them with each visit by explaining the procedure/process by using plain words. (Especially procedures beyond routine cleanings) Not to mention Dr. Braxton was pushy and rude towards her staff which was unprofessional, especially in front of parents.

My son has been coming to Dr. Braxton since he was 2 and we drive all the way from Fredericksburg. We heard about Toothbeary during a Step Up for Down Syndrome 5k. We wanted to take our son somewhere that would be understanding of his special needs. Dr. Braxton and her staff have always been amazing and extremely patient. Our family would recommend Toothbeary to anyone!

Dr. Braxton and the various hygienist in the office have been wonderful working with my two children. My son has autism and the office has been very accommodating to his needs. They're very patient and understanding and began his treatment in a private, quiet room. My daughter also enjoys visiting the office and felt at ease during various procedures. Excellent service, thank you!

Very welcoming and friendly. online easy pre-register makes waiting time less. Dr. Braxton and the staffs were very pleasant to work with and makes dreadful dentist visits feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing further to ask for. Will keep going back
