If you are looking for an office that cares about their patients and are great with children, then this isn't the place for you. The facility is out of date, they don't have updated insurance databases. If you don't have your insurance cards available, then be prepared to not be seen. This leads me to believe the ofc doesn't stay on top of their provider contracts for their billing. A lot of grouchy dispositions from the front desk receptionists, biller, and some of the assistants. The only receptionist that was nice and empathetic was the Afro-American older lady, shes very sweet. The bathrooms do not ever have any tissue or paper towels or sanitizer even and it's rarely clean. Everything is out of date as far the facility and the parking lot if horrible, your shocks will be messed up if you're not driving a truck or SUV. They also don't "allow" you to go in the back with your children. A lot of places in AL are like this especially if they have Medicaid/Medicare/All Kids patients which is sad and prejudice.

It can be hard to get an appointment and the front desk lady Step isn't the friendliest person and appears to have an attitude most of the time. On the other hand I have never had a problem with the dentist or the techs here. The service is always fast and the dentist or whomever brief you following the appointment. My kid has never complained. I will be returning .

PLEASE READ BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE I went to get some fillings (I thought it was only one, a few days later, I realized it was two) and the doctor gave me twice the amount of lidocaine he gives other patients because I complained it still hurt. Even after the second dose, the entire procedure was painful. After I told him, he said in quote, "I don't know what this pain is that you think you're feeling" and that " I've been doing this for 25 years and never once experienced anything like this." He was very rude, didn't tell me much info at all, and made me feel like a kid in trouble rather than a valued patient. I don't like his attitude he had toward me and he was obviously frustrated the entire time. I'm never going here again.

No child should ever be afraid of dentists but my 5 year old daughter hate this place they are rude they are nasty I don't like it there I went when I was 15 they had scrap me down to chair to put metal (Filling) in my mouth till this day I'm 21 year old now I have to have surgery to remove the metal off my teeth

Stephanie the front desk associate she is very rude. I stated that I was enlisted in the military but do not have there insurance. I mention Tri-Care and she was rude saying we can't not take you. I will not schedule an appointment. She was yelling and luckily I recorded her. Is there anyway I could prove I'm not cover by tri-care so I could go to my dentist? Dr. Porco been my dentist all my life. If it's that big of deal I can pay cash. But Stephanie should work on her communication skills. She's nasty!!

Will not use! I am new to the Medicare deal and everyone has never given me a hassle about having the letter, so all she had to say was please request a card and then we can see you not did you not read the letter? Well no I did not read it, as I have never had an issue until now LOL. So Stephanie the girl who answered needs more patients with those if Us new to this insurance. I am raising my great niece and need a dentist for her and it won't be them!

They hurt my teeth cause they always be talking and getting distracted and they scarped my gum with that pointy thing and I told my mom to get me another dentist but she said no so I continue to suffer

Appt was at 8am sign in at 7:45am just got called to the back @9. Very slow. When they get called to the back they wait again in waiting area.

Wonderful group of Dentist my son has ever been to since he was 5 yrs old. He is now 15 yrs old.
