We loved the staff first visit, as they had someone on hand to help my kiddo get total access to communication, went to schedule her six month follow up and was told a interpreter wasn't a option. My kiddo is deaf, with cochlear implants, bilingual in ASL & spoken English. Staff rescheduled several times as a interpreter was not available. Finally appointment made , with Video Relay Services, basically a ASL interpreter on a IPad, how does that work with a 5 year old?? Hold a screen over her head? As I question more about interpreter availability was told they have to contact their attorney and our appointment was canceled

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They have the rudest office staff that I have ever had to deal with! I would not recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Steve is always so kind to the kids and takes time to ask about other siblings. Always such a awesome experience! Very kind and gentle staff as well!

We went in for a dental consultation for my son after a referral. Everyone was so helpful and nice! My son was a bit anxious and embarrassed coming in knowing he had to have several procedures done. Dr. Steve was great and did not scold him about his teeth, like other dentists have in the past. The other ladies were so sweet and helped to make us all feel comfortable.

I brought my 6 and 4 year olds for their first dental appointments. The new patient visits went very well. 3 fillings were recommended for my 4 year old and it was a soft call to proceed and we went ahead with scheduling the filling. It went as well as you would've expected for a 4 year old, which was not great. They recommended sedation for the remaining fillings. I would've appreciated a more thoughtful discussion on conservative management given his age and initial experience and that it was a soft call to begin with. I wish that discussion had been had at the initial visit as well, as we may have been able to avoid a traumatic experience. Overall, the impression I got is that this office is aggressive in their management and there is a need to prompt discussion of risks and benefits to make the best informed decision for your children.

2 of my children who had fillings from here, they All fell out. From normal chewing and not from candy or chewy food. Also one of my children was scared to get the numbing shot and Dr. Steve physically held him down and we were advised to have him take Valium twice when having procedures done. Decided to go to a different dentist and have not had one problem with fillings or needing the use of any sedation. And my kids are way happier and way more comfortable going to the dentist. Unfortunately would not recommend Tooth town.

Tooth town has always been great to us, very gentle and comforting. The staff is great and Dr. Steve is always very patient with my kids we cannot say ENOUGH about them!

Dr. Ghezzi and his office staff are great. They explain anything you need to know about your child's exam in detail. They are very efficient. Your child gets in and out in less than 30 min. We've been going there for 5 years and would highly recommend!

This pediatric dentist came highly recommended by a family member and we had a great expirience. They ran on time, were quick, efficient, and my kids actually enjoyed having their exams.

So I give this one star for Dr. Steve's right hand lady, I don't recall her name. She was AMAZING and the ONLY good part about this office. I had to reschedule my sons surgery due to my fiance being diagnosed with Covid. My son was never even exposed, however, I did this as a courtesy out of respect for everybody in the office. They rescheduled our appointment and handled it professionally. Later I was diagnosed with Covid and again, out of respect, I was honest with this office about my Covid diagnosis. This time.....they were NOT so professional...in fact...they refused to schedule my son's surgery. I even explained to them I was willing to wait until our household was better and was up front and HONEST with them every step of the way. When I spoke with one of the office managers (not Sara, the other one) she was a total joke!! She said 20 days after ALL symptoms are gone...include loss of taste or smell!! Well some people don't get this back for up to a year....she argued this was their policy and after me pushing back enough she agreed it made no sense and changed their "policy" saying she was new and all symptoms EXCEPT loss of taste or smell. She lacked empathy for our house holds situation, and was talking to me like a robot. I made the comment I didn't have to be honest with them about this but I am because I care. Guess where that landed me, a call back from Sara (office manager) who said my only option is an oral surgeon. They refuse to do my sons surgery because a comment I made, that I didn't have to be honest....when I was nothing but honest with these clowns every step of the way. This office looks nice, people seem friendly, but they have no real values!! A bunch of selfish jerks who don't care about their patients best interest!!!

The staff here is amazing! My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and they went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable! Her and I both were a little afraid and nervous because I wasn't allowed to be back there with her due to Covid but they did a fantastic job to make us comfortable and I loved the fact they called hours after the appointment to see how she was feeling!

My son had a difficult experience at his regular dentist so we brought him here. He was showered with love and, although he was still scared, was comforted after the procedure by the staff.

3rd issue we've had in the last 2 months and I've had enough. First off, give explanation on what is being done before you try to rush me off and leave my child alone with only one person in the room. Second if you have people in the waiting room maybe not bash other people after you get off the phone with them. last thing for me, give the parent the option to stay in the room in stead of ask them to leave... I was asked to leave the room before my 8 yr old received two fillings. He was very nervous and it caused him to have a horrible experience at the dentist b/c I wasn't able to be there for him. after 30 minutes he came out and was complaining about his tooth hurting but he was being very strong until we got in the vehicle and then he started crying b/c the dr. hurt him and made him feel like he wasn't able to ask for me. No child should have to feel like they cant speak up when their in pain. We will not be going back as this made my child and I extremely uncomfortable.
