The manager claims she can't get a pre-authorization of services from insurance; only an estimate based on a generic insurance plan. This is a lie as I've received many pre-authorizations from other dentists. We went to another dentist after we had to pay double the amount we were quoted, and were informed that half the work we were told was done, was not actually done. When I brought this up to the manager she was rude, lied again, told me I'm just a bitter person, and hung up on me. The front desk ladies have never been friendly and the manager doesn't know what she's doing. Save yourself some money and just go to a different dentist.

Tooth time has always been super professional, kind and caring. The front desk is always super friendly and understanding. The dental assistants are super kind and always had great communication. Dr McWhorter Is very attentive and always lets me know what needs to be done and how my kids are doing with their dental hygiene. My kids love coming to ToothTime!!! Such a friendly and kind environment. The manager has always been super nice and always gives me an estimate on my insurance what will and won't cover and I'm more then happy about that. I'm glad my kids are going to tooth time! We love it there!!!

Tooth Time made an error and I posted a review explaining how they had inconvenienced us. Within a day or two the issue was resolved and my son was able to have his procedure. Very satisfied that they admitted their error and made things right.

My son has autism, as well as extreme anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists. The staff at Tooth Time are always so understanding, and do everything in their power to make the experience as good as possible for my son and I. They're so patient comment even when he's having a meltdown, and they're willing to do whatever they need to to help him have a good experience.

I love taking my kids here. The fun waiting room, friendly staff. They listen and try to accommodate to the children. They listen and take notes of the tips and tricks that I as a parent have to help my kids feel safe. (And they take note for next time!!!) they are amazing at helping the kids feel comfortable and safe. So important especially with a kid who is a sensory avoider and doesn't like to try things. A+ for this dentist practice and the team that works there. Thank you!

This was my first time going to the dentist with my 2 year old. Everything seemed very rushed for a dentist office that caters to children. It was only her second time being there, and she wasn't used to sitting in the chair yet. I had my 8 month old in my lap and the dentist barely looked at me as he asked if my 2 yo wanted to sit in my lap or on the chair. He didn't wait for her to respond and suggested that "mom" move to the small chair to hold her in my lap. A bit inconsiderate. She ended up climbing onto the chair on her own and the dentist looked in her mouth for about ten seconds and said we should come back in six months. That's it. Those who led us around (not sure anyone's name because no one gave introductions) did not wait for a dilly-dallying 2 year old to follow them. They probably created some of the stress that led to her meltdown after the appointment. No help was offered to help get her out the door as she screamed on the floor after I tried to pick her up. I know that I am her mother. It just would've been nice to have some kind of support.

My wife took my children in and long story short they were so unhelpful my wife and kids were literally in tears by the time they left. They sat in the parking lot then called me. I came to the front office and when I walked in the front office just stared, "sorry we can't help you". I guess that's a great way to welcome someone who has never been in your building....

My kids love this place! They ask when their next dental appt is. Scheduling is super easy, staff are great with kids, kind and professional. Dr. McWhorter is an excellent dentist. His procedures are also very fast, which keeps my kids' anxiety to a minimum. Wish I could go here...

They claim they can't accurately estimate how much your insurance will cover so when they give you an estimate it's a lie. The dentist is in it for the money and I never felt like I was being told the truth. Save yourself some money and go to a different dentist.

They are so great with the kids! Open to answer questions, beautiful and fun office, maybe they are a little too good because my kids are not afraid of getting cavities .

This places billing is a joke the dentist is very rude .. he told me my daughter needed three caps on her teeth .. I told him I was going to get a second opinion that really upset him and when I did get second opinion I found out that she doesn't even need any caps just a filling. He is out for money and that is all. They just want to do the most expensive thing even if it's a your child expense.

Don't trust the "estimate" they give you! It's a red herring so they can get you in the door and get the work done on you so your stuck paying the "new" final amount. You think they would be able to give you a decent estimate based of your insurance that they ask for prior to your visit but it's just not the case with "tooth time"

Toothtime Dentistry is absolutely amazing with my children. They are not afraid of the dentist. They enjoy going to get their teeth cleaned. My daughter just had teeth extracted today and the staff was wonderful at calming her without minimizing her concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
