Every effort is made to comfortably treat patients with special needs, including special treatment for patients with anxiety or physical disabilities. We exist to ease the logistical burden placed on families and caretakers when planning a dental visit for their loved ones.

The dental care providers at Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service understand the need of coordinating patient insurance. Our patient concierge team coordinates insurance coverage to allow dental treatment with no cost to the patient. We also obtain guardian consent when necessary, and maintain communication with patient guardians throughout and following dental treatment.

Beware, payment process was not explained when appointment was made. They do not take insurance, although I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. The day of the appointment, since I had not sent the credit card information back, that is when they told me that they will submit a claim on my behalf and insurance will reimburse me. We all know that is a joke, I pay them x amount and insurance sends me pennies on the dollar. I cancelled because I cannot afford what they are wanting for the first visit, and now I supposedly owe a cancellation fee.

A great service! Excellent, caring, and they come to the home! My disabled son now has help for his broken teeth and infected gums. A great big thank you from me! Highly recommended!

They have hidden charges outside of the treatment plan price and are excellent at double talk or telling you they understand. Which is code for we don't care. It takes 5-7 weeks and 4-5 visits w separate charges to complete dentures since they mail away their impressions. My impressions were not done properly the first time. So I got charged an additional visit for the companies mistake. Every time they come out it can be $205 to $305. They charge an assessment fee each time despite patient assessment being a one time charge in the beginning of treatment. My mother will pass away before she gets her $4500 dentures. So if you need this service quickly for a loved one this is not the company to call.

I wanted to love this service, and gave them several tries, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I had a long-term injury so I wasn't able to get to a dentist, but wanted the peace of mind of ensuring my dental health was upkept with their service. Scheduling/reception is difficult at times, whether phone and via email, where it's not uncommon to not receive replies and have to consistently follow-up, and billing is just as bad. On one occasion, I was told I had an appointment that I was a no-show for and was double-charged (it was the same day I had an appointment and the appointment was successfully completed), and on another occasion, I received a collection's bill via email and when I called to inquire they said to ignore it and it was spam (and spoke to me as if I was a child and couldn't understand them). For appointments themselves, they're usually a month or so out and a dentist and an assistant arrives. I received X-rays (and they don't cover you with anything to protect from radiation) and a dental "exam" each service (I'm putting this in quotes because all the dentist does is quickly look in your mouth with a dental pick for cavities). On the third or so exam, I was told that I had a small cavity that would need to be repaired. So, I scheduled an appointment for that with them. The day of the filling appointment, the dentist said that I would need to have my teeth cleaned first, so they wouldn't do it, so they left without performing the service, which was a big waste of time and money. Having to first have a cleaning was not communicated to me, and also makes no sense to me because I take very good care of my teeth. I decided to wait a few more months to recover from my injury more to be able to go to a local dentist office. It was there that the local dentist told me that my teeth look great and I don't have any cavities. Needless to say, I do not recommend this service to anyone. Wonderful idea, terrible execution.

My elderly mom is 92 and bedbound. She was visited by the Toothfairy Dentist and assistant. She was treated very kindly and professionally. This was the initial consultation. Also given a prescription to start antibiotics. So a treatment plan is forthcoming.

Despina Angelikis is an amazing compassionate and expert dentist. Great communication and reassurance skills which are crucial for in home dentistry. Her dental assistant was also great. The Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental group is only as good as their professionals and we are optimistic that my 87 year old incapacitated mother will be able to chew again. Thanks to Nichol, Janine and Gayel for their efforts in coordinating treatments

Jonathan was so patient and caring with my grandma. Would definitely ask for him specifically the next time.

You have to pay up front for the services, and try to get reimbursement from your dental insurance. It's impossible to get Tooth Fairy to submit the necessary claim forms and proper information to the insurance company for the claim to be processed and paid. They do not respond to e-mails, either. Avoid them.

Let's see where to start. My mom 88 yrs yrs old has an appointment because of her front tooth bothering her lip. Was that addressed no, what was addressed was pulling all her teeth getting dentures and doing it the same week while she is on Blood thinners. I guess with school starting back up somebody needs to pay for the school supplies. Won't be calling them anymore.

A very smooth experience. From first contact to having two teeth extracted the next day, Tooth Fairy dental service came through for us. Dr Angelakis and her assistant Krystal were very friendly, understanding, efficient and professional.

Avoid at all costs! They are under staffed and disorganized. Their customer service is poorly trained and useless. They also do a bait and switch with their charges. They make you pay up front promising you will be reimbursed once you submit a claim to your insurance. Their charges are exhorbitant. They tell you they accept dental insurance but really they work "with" insurance and will put you with an out of network dentist if it's more convenient which ends up being exponentially more expensive. They're unwilling to resolve issues and frequently you get voicemail when calling. They literally have two email addresses and sent emails frequently get lost. This is a poorly organized business.

I care for a bed-bound loved one at The Palace Gardens in Homestead, Florida who is in need of dental work. I was referred to the Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service by the head nurse at The Palace. So far I couldn't possibly be happier with the service or the administrative personnel at this company. They're all polite, professional and excellent communicators. Soon after my loved one's first appointment, I received a complete written report of everything that was found, along with a recommended treatment plan, complete with explanations and cost estimates. Of course there's a house-call fee for every visit but that's reasonable and well-worth it since moving a bed-bound person to a dental office can be dangerous as well as traumatic. I'll have to reserve some judgment to after the work is completed but so far the cost has been reasonable, the service has been great and I highly recommend the Tooth Fairy for anyone bedbound. (I think that's the perfect name for a travelling dentist and it makes me smile whenever "Tooth Fairy" appears on my caller ID.)

1. Appointment scheduling is terrible. 2. My wife has been waiting for over a year to get a new partial denture, and that service has already been charged to our credit card. 3. Difficult to get coordination for any reimbursement from our dental insurance company. Tooth Fairy has charged over $6K to our credit card for their services and we have not been able to get any insurance reimbursements. This could be an excellent, much-needed service for home-bound patients, but their service has so far left much to be desired. I generously gave them 3 stars.

Dr. Despina "Daisy" Angelelakis and her dental assistant, Krystal were excellent! They traveled to our home in Sanford to treat my disabled mother who isn't able to travel. They were both warm and caring while providing professional service. Mom needed x-rays, an extraction and a bridge- all done in our apartment. The Tooth Fairy team brought all the equipment needed. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a fun memory. We highly recommend them to everyone!
