Here at Tooth Club For Kids, our objective is to create a comfortable and fun experience for your children. So, we offer kid-friendly entertainment and sedation dentistry as we strive to give all of our patients a pleasant and anxiety-free visit. Dr. Garrett completed his undergraduate schooling at University of California, Fullerton, and then received his dental degree at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona. He then attended The University of Illinois in Chicago, where he completed his two-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry. He received extensive training in early childhood development, child psychology, behavior management, and emergency treatments. He also received training in working with special needs patients and sedation. As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. McKay Garrett is an active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. He is certified and licensed in sedation dentistry.
I have been with Tooth Club For Kids since 2017; however, I had been at this office for 10 years prior to Dr. Garrett purchasing the practice. I attended college to become a Certified Dental Assistant and I help make the kids experiences pleasant.
We have a great team. The best part about working here is my amazing co-workers! We are all so fun, reliable and hardworking. I am a mother of three amazing boys and a brand-new grandma to my beautiful grandson. I also love to watch Netflix movies with my boys.
I have been with the office since 2017, but have worked with Dr. Garrett previously. After I graduated from high school, I went to college to become a certified dental assistant. The atmosphere is always happy at Tooth Club For Kids and the team here is friendly. I enjoy making memories with them.
I have been with Dr. Garrett and Tooth Club For Kids for since 2017; however, I was with the previous practice for 15 years before Dr. Garrett bought it. I wanted to stay and be a part of helping Dr. Garrett grow his practice from the ground up. I work on the day-to-day operations of the practice, which allows Dr. Garrett to focus on his patients. I also work hard to maintain a positive work environment for my team while making sure that my patients and their parents are happy.
Dr. Garrett is an incredible pediatric dentist who cares tremendously about the care and comfort of our little friends. We also have a great group of people that make up the Tooth Club For Kids Team, so he and my team make it very gratifying to be a part of Tooth Club For Kids. Everyone gets along amazingly which makes the atmosphere pleasant and fun for the patients and us!
I have been married for 25 years. I have three amazing children, three grandchildren and another on the way! I love baking and photography, and cant get enough of watching sports, whether I am cheering for my Arizona teams or my grandson, who is starting baseball this season. I have always been a Baseball Mom and now I get to be a Baseball Ya Ya.
I have been with Tooth Club For Kids since 2017, but I was with the previous practice for over a year before Dr. Garrett took over. I work hard to make sure parents understand the financial portion of their visit. I also make sure our insurance claims are handled in a timely manner. I love seeing the kids come through the doors excited and happy to be here. The people I work with are awesome! Ive been married for 12 years now and have four handsome boys and a beautiful daughter. I enjoy cooking, sewing and spending time with my family.

Very poor service my autistic son had appointment for dental treatment they waited until few days before to get authorization from Insurance wanted me to pay out of pocket to see if will be reimbursed instead of doing their job properly turning in authorization 2 weeks before not 3 days, day off work waisted and other appointments canceled unnecessarily we won't be going back after years of my children being patients very disappointed but we will find a more professional place that values their clients better

Don't go to this place they give you about 2 months to give you appointments and then they change them and give it to other people not coming back here .. They also give you dirty looks and not even nice

Loved the workstaff, very kind & friendly! Cary made my kids feel very comfortable getting their cleanings & xrays done (: my kids loved it very much & we look forward to coming back for their next appointments!

The staff here is wonderful! Genuinely happy people that make the experience very positive. My 3 year old was treated so gentle and kind, all my questions were answered the dentist was super knowledgeable and we even got to take a cavity free pic! I can't say enough about this amazing team, so thankful to have found this place!

I took my son to tooth club for kids for his first dentist visit today and was completely satisfied with our visit. The women in the front were so welcoming and helpful as well as our experience with his new dentist, that was so committed to our visit and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone with kids because of the service we received today! Thank you!
