My Son has been coming here for 2 years I've never had any issues with this office the Dentist has always been very professional in my opinion and she is gentle with my child while providing great service. No issues on my end.

Came across this Dental office from Indeed, it was 2 of us new and training. The Dr. does NOT know how to manage a team, yelled, and has no filter whatsoever in front of patients to her team. I worked there a while back 2 full days and did not get paid till this day. No organization no nothing.

This office is chaotic. All (2) employees are new and the dentist yells to get their attention for assistance. We were only given partial information about the care my child needed and then were told he needed something more/different once he was sedated but only after the nitrous was turned off resulting in a required second visit. I would up paying $450 out of pocked with insurance for a filling and crown and they still have not filed a claim with my insurance company (for a visit weeks ago) in order to get reimbursed from my HSA.

The dentist has little bedside manner. The facility is run down. My son started in braces here. We didn't stay. We paid more for poorly mounted broken bracket replacements than we were for the monthly payments for the braces. She accused my child of breaking them off by sneaking food or other ways. Since switching orthodontists sixth months ago, we've yet to have a broken bracket. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been bringing all my kids since they opened and I love how they treat my children. They are really flexible with appointments and they let parents go in with them while getting cleaning or whatever they need. Im just really happy I finally found a dentist that know how to work with children.

Dr Fuentes and her staff are very professional and are awesome with kids unlike other places that require you travel to specialist everything is done in house, highly recommended tooth castle!

Maria Fuentes is not only a bad dentist but also a extremely terrible landlord (slumlord). Maria Fuentes owns properties in Irving and Garland. Irving luxury Properties and Mi Casa Properties. Don't rent or take your kids to her. She's an awful human being. She just bought the property I live in - Garland Texas. She will not repair any of my maintenance request. She has blocked me from her phone, she will not return text. I've had to call the City to file a report & NW legal aide to help me get out of my lease because Maria Fuentes will not let me out of my lease and will not do repairs. She's truly evil! Stay away! Don't do business with her!! I would give her ZERO stars but the website doesn't allow it. Maria Fuentes SHAME ON YOU!
