A native East Texan, Dr. Allen was born and raised in Henderson, TX before moving to the Tyler area where she attended Tyler Junior College earning her A.A.S. in both Biology and Dental Hygiene. In 1991 she married her husband, Russell, and they moved to Longview, TX where she practiced dental hygiene until 1998 at which time she attended Louisiana State University to continue her education working on a BA in Biochemistry. Prior to completing her Bachelor's degree, Dr. Allen was accepted into LSU's School of Dentistry in New Orleans where she graduated with honors in 2003. Having received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Dr. Allen returned to East Texas in order to practice dentistry.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had the most caring dentistTonya Allen and she listens and cares about people and how they feel. She got me all taken care of.I was in great ,hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. .Thanks so much, Cyndi Beck

I have always had the best experiences when I see Dr. Allen and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating - they treat me like I am family, they make sure I am always comfortable and ALWAYS do an amazing job! I will never go to another dental office as long as Dr. Allen and her staff are around!

Dentist visits make me anxious, but my recent visit to Tonya M Allen DDS was actually FUN, despite that I found I needed a tooth crowned! Her employees obviously enjoy working together. The cheerfulness in the office shows that. My dental hygienist was so personable and gentle cleaning my teeth. The front desk business assistant was helpful with appointment setting and discussing financing options with me! Dr Allen and her assistant Karen were thoughtful to explain clearly what they were doing and why, which helped me relax.Talking with them, I even laughed! I despise the sound of the dental drill, but Dr Allen was patient with me whenever I needed a little break. She made sure I didn't feel any pain, which was such a blessing. If anyone is looking for a kind, compassionate and extremely competent dentist, I would recommend Dr Allen and her team without any reservation. i believe they really care about their patients.

Dr.Allen and her staff are amazing. They are very detailed and listen to what you tell them as a patient! Dr. ALlen seems to generally care about what is the best most cost effective way to test you. I have been going there for almost 2 years now and only regret is I wish i had found them sooner. Amazing staff and excellent care and patient well being!

I love this place!! Dr. Allen and Karen do great work and have great bedside manner. The office staff is fantastic as well. I've had a lot of dental work and seen a lot of dentists and this is by far my favorite dental office; I will never change dentists again.

My husband, son and I have been patients of Dr. Allen's for many years. She and her staff are kind, compassionate and sensitive to each of our individual situations. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Allen and her team always remember that and take the steps necessary to keep me comfortable. She is knowledgeable and thorough and I always feel like I am her favorite patient. However, my husband and son think they are her favorite patients! She is a true professional and East Texas is blessed to have someone of her skill and caliber. Her receptionist, dental hygienists and assistants are a fantastic team that create a pleasurable experience, each time we visit. We love Dr. Allen's office in Lindale, TX!

Dr. Allen is a great dentist. She is both caring and educational, and you don't pay for something you don't understand! She does a great job of explaining things to you in an easy-to-understand way. Her staff is great as well!
