Now let's be clear, the dentist in general is NOT my favorite place but this dentist office has the best staff! From the initial interaction of setting up the appointment to the close out of the appointment, the staff are informative, take care, remember the small things! My experiences have been consistent. Shout out to Rose for taking the care to walk me through how to properly maintain my bridge AND providing the recommendations for proper dental care at home!

Let me start by saying, I Do Not Like going to the Dentist!!! I called this morning bc my crown popped out, and they were able to get me in by the afternoon. The receptionist I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door by Destiny, who was very pleasant and professional as well. I was then met by the Dental Assistant, Anna who escorted me to the back room. I can not tell you how pleasant , kind, patient and professional Anna was my entire visit. (Sn: I actually met Anna in the parking lot and was given directions and followed her to a nearby store that I was looking for). She laughed with me and at me, making me feeling very comfortable, after I expressed Several times my discomfort with Dentist office visits. At some point, Dr Chase pops in and catches me by surprise, again pleasant and professional . As I asked her over and over if this and that was going to hurt, she remain very patient and pleasant with me. Dr Chase explain everything to my understanding. Fortunately, I was able keep my crown temporarily. Anna was able to restore my crown with very little discomfort. I was then greeted by receptionist , Stephanie who explained what to expect for my portion of upcoming services. I admired the appearance and cleanliness of the office. I also admired how professional looking the staff was. The entire vibe made for an unexpectedly Pleasant visit. Kudos to each of you for making my experience delightful. May you continue great work and God Bless each of you!

I came vin for a cleaning and had Martha as my hygienist. She is very knowledgeable and notice creases on my tongue. She asked if I had a dry mouth, which I do, secondary to some meds I take. She discussed it with me in detail and Dr Chase gave me prescription meds to help the dryness. All the staff has always been very cordial, and tell me the details. Dr George Jackson is a great dentist. I have bee coming here since I moved to MD 8 years ago. I highly recommend the office practice, and I'm sure you'll be very satisfied, as I am.

I have been looking for a great dental office since I moved back to Baltimore 5 years ago. I FINALLY FOUND IT!! The team here is very customer-focused, friendly and professional. I feel safe, welcomed and I'm good hands. It's also great to support a woman-owned, local business!!

It took a while to get an appointment as a new patient, but it was worth the wait. And since my initial consultation, I've been able to get follow-up appointments in a reasonable time frame The office is professionally run and have the most caring staff! I have terrible anxiety about getting anesthesia injections, but Laurice made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Chase is amazing! She let me know everything she was doing during my treatment and made me feel completely at ease. I'm very happy I switched to this practice.

The "Best" Dentist physicians in Baltimore, Md. My wonderful experience with Dr. Chase, and her Assistant Laurice made this scary patient a believer that there are reliable, good and caring dentists in B'more.

Going to the dentist will always be a source of fear/anxiety for me but I can say that despite this, Tanya and Dr. Gupta made the experience much more bearable. They were super nice and quick do whatever was needed to make me more comfortable. :)

This practice is amazing from the first phone call to completing the office visit. Everyone was friendly and personable. I trust every step they are taking for me to have a healthy set of teeth. Thank you Tanya for the afternoon. You put me at complete ease (5 stars). Your customer service skills are rich. We need more like you. Congratulations Dr Jackson-George for your leadership and taking time to put together a great staff and to greet and meet me. My co worker Devin was right. He brags about his visit too. Good practice, but unfortunately takes super long to schedule appointments. Have been trying to schedule one since December 2020, and have gotten pushed to August 2021. Also staff keep misspelling my name...

I was five minutes late because my parking garage had the entrance blocked by a crane, and I had to drive around to find parking when I arrived because their lot was full. Allegedly they had several hours worth of dental work scheduled, but couldn't fit me in. They also change the amount I owe each time I come in, differing from the original estimate, so I never know how many hundreds or thousands that I owe. Unless you just have ten grand in an account for dental work, I highly suggest finding a dentist that makes literally any effort to inform you of costs, and who don't over book. I wonder who they gave the three hours they had allegedly booked for me to.

This is the third time I needed to have a filling over the past several years for three different teeth. Each time the experience has been pain-free and efficient. Today's team of Laurie and Dr. Chase was all that and super fun with which to engage!!!
