Dr. Tom Laster has become a trusted name in Corvallis for delivering high quality, cutting edge dentistry. With 40+ hours of continuing education each year, he is constantly engaged in researching new techniques and alternative approaches.
Taking hurting patients out of pain and calming the fears of anxious patients are two of Dr. Lasters greatest joys in dentistry. He believes that a patient may never know how much careful work he puts into their dental work, but they will always know how much careful attention he gave to know them as people.
Megan is one of our expanded function dental assistants. Her interpersonal abilities and technical skills create a smooth and comfortable experience, even for anxious patients, while her kind and engaging demeanor helps children feel comfortable in the dental office. In her free time, Megan spends time with her young daughter going for walks, riding bikes, reading, singing, and dancing.
Stephanie is one of our registered dental hygienists. She thoroughly enjoys the technical aspects of being a hygienist, but its our caring and kind patients that keep her in love with her career. Originally raised in the city, Stephanie has fallen head over heels with country life. Every year, her whole family looks forward to the sharing and friendships of canning season.
Angie works at our front desk welcoming patients, scheduling dental visits, and answering insurance and billing questions. She is a patient's biggest advocate and nothing brings her more joy than knowing someone feels special in our office. After being raised in East Oregon, Angie now loves being able to visit the coast to go fishing and crabbing with her sweetheart and their new puppy.
Brittany is one of our expanded function dental assistants. She also holds her expanded function orthodontic dental assistant license. Brittany loves that we are able to focus on our patients while delivering very high tech dentistry. She strives to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable in our office. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys being active, camping, and spending time with her family.
Patty is one of our expanded function dental assistants. She likes learning about her patients and making their dental experiences enjoyable. Patty loves spending time with her daughter and her animals, going for walks, riding her bike, and traveling.
Conni is one of our registered dental hygienists. She enjoys getting acquainted with her patients and helping them achieve their dental goals. Originally from the Bay Area, Conni lives in Lebanon with her dog and cat. She enjoys antiquing, reading, and raising funds for animal rescue organizations.
Digital x-rays give you the least radiation possible, electronic medical records make communication faster than ever, and optical scanning has eliminated the need for many uncomfortable dental impressions.
This lethal disease is growing rapidly in the US. If a patient cant use a CPAP machine or simply hates using one, then a dental appliance is the next best step in eliminating this serious condition. Amazing service! Quick and easy check in. The Dentist is amazing! Focused on providing options and prices. I look better and feel so much better. He didn't even mind my horrible jokes! 100 percent would recommend to anyone!

Dr Tom is the best dentist I've ever had! (Even over my own dad! ) He is passionate and takes his time to make sure you are comfortable and makes sure you know exactly what's going on with your teeth. We need a million more providers that care as much as he does!

Dr. Laster and his staff will change your life for the better! I'm so thankful I found them. I have been afraid of dentists since childhood, and Dr. Laster has now made me a fan of the dentist. Their kindness and gentle demeanor are outstanding. I've had multiple procedures done with them and couldn't be happier! I'm actually smiling again, and I now show my teeth with pride!!! I've been coming to this office for 8 years or so and there is a reason I keep coming back. Tom is an excellent and caring dentist who makes sure that you are comfortable in the dentist chair and that you don't feel any pain before starting any work. Tom also has a pretty good memory and is able to recall what I prefer when ever I am in. He is also pretty funny and easy going too. His team is awesome as well...always kind and greet me by name when I walk through the doors. I use to be absolutely petrified of dentists but after going here, that fear has subsided and I can comfortably walk through those doors knowing that Tom and his team work hard to ensure that I don't have any thing to worry about. I just hope that he never goes out of business or moves....or retires because I really don't think i could find another dentist that could replace his positive, friendly, and caring demeanor.

This is a very professional office using modern equipment and techniques which I have found uncommon along most dental offices. The front lobby is very nicely laid out and comfortable and the front staff are very welcoming. I appreciated the fact that Dr Laster has a very disarming disposition which inspires confidence even in the face of unforseen challenges. He has the chops, and makes good calls during his evaluations. I had a severely fractured tooth which almost turned into a dental disaster when it collapsed during an extraction. Talk about a sound effects extravaganza of crushing porcelain.. But having scheduled me in literally at the last minute, Dr Laster and his team handled it smooth and professional and took an extra 45 minutes getting all the little bits out of my mouth before moving on to the guy in the next bay over (whoever that was, thanks for waiting!!) I walked out of there knowing it was done right. I had no post procedure swelling and I didnt even bother with the pain meds prescription. Zero complications! Fantastic work Tom and thanks to you and your whole team!! Now I can back for a normal visit instead of a crisis ;)
