Who We Are We are dedicated to treating dental cowards. Our logo, sign and yellow pages ads are indications of our concern for your comfort and ease during your dental visit. We see kids, teens and adults. Our staff members are dedicated to making sure you have a positive and pleasant dental visit. Our yellow page ad shows a scared young lady. The lady is Dr. Tom Kellys wife, Donna Kelly. (If Dr. Tom Kelly is skilled enough to treat his wife, he must be good.)
Safety Precautions We strive to make sure that our office is one where your safety is paramount, thus keeping infection to a minimum. We follow standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in order to ensure that your visit to our office is as germ-free as possible.
Dr. Tom Kelly graduated from The Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at University of Maryland (The first dental school in the world). He was married to Donna Kelly for 25 + years. They met at the University of Maryland Biological Sciences Department. There Dr. Kelly was experimenting with cancer cells. A lab tech contaminated (ruined) his agar plates for an important experiment. When Dr. Kelly wanted to talk to this lab tech who had made the agar plates, thats when he met Donna Repp (soon to be Donna Kelly). It was love at first sight. They had three boys and one girl. All the kids are Scuba Divemasters with PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors).
Dr. Shannon Kelly is Dr. Tom Kellys daughter and his favorite child (dont tell her brothers). She earned a biological science degree with honors at Coastal Carolina University in 2012, then graduated from LECOM College of Dental Medicine in 2018. Her last year was spent at a dental clinic in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she survived their harshest winter yet, and getting 198.5 inches of snow. Dr. Shannon believes in educating patients in prevention, and creating a comfortable environment for her patients. In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Started going to Dr. Shannon Kelly and she is the best! She's very knowledgeable and helped me through my dental issues. I was very nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Shannon put me at ease with her painless techniques. I thought I would feel something afterwards, but my mouth felt better after the treatment! Highly recommended

Was very happy with this dentist the staff his office his conversation and his professionalism and dentistry didn't even know he took the teeth out didn't even know he used a needle to anesthetize the area I give him 10 Stars give the staff 10 Stars give the office 100 Stars overall ..performance overall

Everyone there is very polite, professional, and efficient. I have had to schedule two appointments there. The first one was routine and I got an appointment for the next day, and the second was for wisdom tooth pain. They saw me on the same day I called and then completed the extraction of two wisdom teeth at that appointment. Both of my experiences here were very positive.

First visit was an awesome experience. After being with my last dentist for 20 + years was hard to try someone new. The office staff was extremly kind. The office deco will keep you entertained. My visit was with Dr Shannon. Very easy to talk to. She explained everything & gave options. So glad I chose this dentist.

Heavy handed, stands you almost on your head to work on you, broke my tooth doing a root canal said uh oh and ran out the door w his assistant never said a word to me about it, candles are lit everywhere and strong smelling-what are you covering up with them? Multiple appointments for each step of the procedure where other dentists would do it in one or 2 appointments

Easily the best dental practice I've ever been to. I'd recommend this place to anyone that'll listen. The atmosphere is one that'll make anyone feel comfortable. Dr Tom is a wizard behind that dentist mask and Dr Shannon is just plain awesome!

Dr. Kelly, well both of them, are wonderful dentist. Today during my visit Dr. Kelly shared some very interesting facts on his view of the world. You just never know what great story you will hear; and before you notice, your visit is over. Great staff

Absolutely amazing staff & extraordinary doctors both Kelly's! They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and took extremely exceptional care of me with the mess I had goin on in my mouth, due to the delays and scheduling because of Covid closing everything down. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great dentistry family!

I went to their office to have my dentures looked at. I had them for over a year and the dentist who made them could never get the adjustment correct even after 5 attempts. They were able to realign both upper and lower dentures the first time. It is great to be able to wear my dentures finally after 2 years. I went to another dentist before I went to Dr. Kelly and was told that they would have to align the upper and make new lowers for over $2,800.

I am not a patient here but my parents are and have been for years!!! My dad absolutely loves the doctors, both Dr. Kelly's. My dad was given an estimate prior to his appt to get there and had to pay $200 more than espected, he stated that the front desk girl told him the price changed this year when he was just given the price a month ago. They should know her raising prices on patients & not calling to make them aware that a price changed in a month time isnt professional. My dad stated the doctor & the assistant were very nice. Raising prices on people and not calling them before their appointment to say you will be paying $200 more. BEWARE OF RECEPTIONIST RAISING PRICES. Giving a 5 star because my dad loves the doctors. However I don't think the front desk lady is in the right position.
