Dr. Tolley is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Tolley has been in practice in the Collegeville area since 1989, and purchased this practice at its current location in April 2005.
It is our philosophy that it is much easier for our patients to maintain good oral health than it is to continually be dealing with oral health problems. That is why Dr. Tolley and his team recommend and educate their patients on the benefits of maintaining optimal oral health.
While it is important for us to be able to give our patients the smile of their dreams, it is also important to understand that just as we would not build a house on an unstable foundation, nor do we want to build high quality dentistry over dentition that will not support it for years to come. It is our goal to provide our patients with high quality dentistry that will last.
For this reason, our primary focus, once any emergency situations have been addressed, is to educate and design a customized home care plan for each of our patients. Once our patient 's oral health is stable, we can then move forward on helping our patients obtain the 'smile of their dreams'.

Peggie, Practice Administrator Peggie joined this staff in October 1984 as a receptionist. Over the years with the practice, she has taken on additional responsibilities which have earned her the position of practice administrator. With over 30 years of experience in the dental profession, she is now responsible for the day to day business operations of the practice in addition to the front office. She will typically be the first person to greet your when you arrive at the office. At times, she can also be found assisting the dentist with patient procedures. Each member of our Hygiene Department is a highly trained dental professional. Each year they attend a variety of continuing education programs related to their field in order to be able to offer the most current treatments available to our patients.
Helen, Hygienist Helen is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been associated with this practice since 1988.
Jill, Hygienist Jill is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has also been licensed to administer local anesthesia. She has been associated with this practice since March 2000.
Beth, Hygienist Beth is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has also been licensed to administer local anesthesia. She has been associated with this practice since July 2000.
Beth is active in her church and also in many other school and community-based activities with her children.Beth resides in Collegeville with her husband, Sean and children, Ryan, Victoria and Andrew.

Tammy, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Tammy is a graduate of Harcum College with an Associate's degree in Dental Assisting. She is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Certified Dental Assistant and also possesses a certificate in Expanded Function Dental Assisting. Tammy has been an integral part of our staff since 2002. Tammys additional training allows her to perform duties and tasks above and beyond the scope of a certified dental assistant, as set forth in the state dental law. Tammys knowledge and skills allow her to work independently with our patients in the clinical setting offering an additional level of patient care. Tammy is also certified in the Zoom whitening process.
Pat, Dental Assistant Pat is an experienced dental assistant with over 40 years of chairside and administrative experience. She joined our staff in January 2008. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Pat is responsible for making sure that the clinical side of the practice works seamlessly. Because of her administrative experience you may also find her at times filling in behind the front desk.

Cross-training among our staff allows us to use our own staff members to fill in when an extra hand is needed.
