Doctor, Wortman never cared about giving me my smile back, never replaced dentures when I was working, and don't except Medicaid or Medicare. Now am out due to his concerns for money and not the client. If I could give him a minus I would. You have been warned.

I've been going here since I was 15 (I'm 23 now) whenever I went there Todd took care of her patients. I came in expecting Dr. Wortman and in come this Indian lady. She didn't introduce herself or anything. When she was cleaning my teeth she had the light literally 4 inches away from my face. My eyes were literally burning. Even with my eyes closed tight, it was still so bright and painful.

I can't express how much I appreciate your knowledge, exceptional skill, expertise and incredibly light touch as you practice dentistry with incredible professionalism and care. My teeth haven't been in such good shape since the last time I saw you when you handled a more complicated dental issue. I could not recommend you more highly to anyone seeking a dentist for any reason. You and your staff take all the discomfort out of "having to see a dentist." FIVE STARS -- but I'm giving you SIX! I, unfortunately can not select "0" stars for this review. I have to express how disgusted and angry I am by the lack of professionalism of Farida Parveen, the dentist that literally "slapped" my child's face three times repeatedly to get her to open her mouth wide while cleaning her teeth. When I asked her to not smack/slap or tap my child's face like that and simply ask her to open her mouth wide because my 5 year old is very cooperative and she didn't have to do that...This nasty lady had the nerve to say "am not doing it hard to hurt her" "please step outside" and brushed me away! I was in disbelief that someone with that level of "preparation and "education" conducts herself with the public like this. Parents please do not take your child/children to be seen by her. She doesn't care to explain or take the time to speak to you about your child's oral health.

After many horrible dental experiences, I cannot recommend Dr. Wortman highly enough. He is caring, patient, and extremely empathetic to those that are dentalphobes like me. He takes the time to explain what he is doing at all times, and answers any and all questions thoroughly. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor that makes nervous patients like me feel relaxed and cared for. For the first time in my life, I have no fear of going to the dentist.

I've never been scared to go to the dentist but now I understand why people are scared the dr I had I don't know what her name is but I think she's Hindu she's the worst made my gums bleed she was extremely rude when I told her it was hurting worst experience ever I only went one time and of course I never came back.

I had appointment at 1:45 was 2:20 pm and I asked how long more I had to weit because I have to back to work and they told me maybe 30 0 40 min more because they have emergency, I said that's is no nice because a excuses in my work because I'm really need it to see a dentist. They're not professional,they told me looking for another dentist if that's a emergency

After being a patient here for a few years, not to say that i've been happy about it. Its hard to find a dentist in my area that takes my insurance. Firstly I've never even met the Dr. himself. - The receptionist didn't even greet me; they just looked back at me a few times while talking among themselves. Somebody walked in after me she was greeted and taken into the back before me. While i was standing right at the front desk another lady asked somebody right next to her what MY name was a good three times, not just simply asking me "Miss whats your name." Terrible Communication skills.

My son is a new patient. We did not meet the doctor, we waited an hour to be seen, my son who is a minor was not asked if I could return to the examination room after they had asked me to wait outside during x-rays. He was not asked if he had pain, concerns or questions by the hygienist- or maybe that was the doctor? She did not even introduce herself. After was about a 15/20 minute check-up- he was out and I was told to make an appointment for a filling. No, "hi, this is what I found today for your son, do you have questions or concerns?" Nothing. Not even why x-rays were taken and if/or when results would be discussed. I've been all around the states and have had met many qualified and professional doctors, assistants and hygienists. This office was a great disappointment, I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I will let my insurance know about the poor quality of patient care and consideration here.

Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I've been going to Dr.Wortman for over 12 years and never had a single bad experience. The staff is very friendly. Im surprised at some of the reviews. I rcently moved an 1 hour and mins up north and refused to find a new dentist. I've gladly made the commute to continue to be under his care.

Dr. Wortman and his staff made my dental visit an absolute pleasure. The office is spotless and comfortable and the doctor's expertise (as well as that of his staff) was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend Dr. Wortman's office more enthusiastically!

Terrible staff- I've been into the office once and in attempt to make my second appointment I was consistently met with rude people over the phone and was given misinformation. I'm not someone that leaves reviews but this has been dreadful.

Doctor Wortman is a great Doctor! i love the fact that he is straight forward and nothing is a surprise. My sister recommended him to me and i will make sure to recommend him to family a friends!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend anyone to go here adults or children. First time I went was with my 7 year old daughter who was literally in the chair for 7 minutes. We waited over and hour to be seen. The second time was for my 7 year old and 2 year old daughters we waited an hr and half during COVID in a back room that was filthy I should have walked right out. My daughters got seen my youngest was in the chair 2 minutes and my 7 year old was told she had a cavity but would have to somewhere else to fill it. Thank god because I found a pediatric dentist for my kids and they are amazing !!!! Today was the last time I will ever step into that office. My Husband and I had appointments mine at 2:30 and his at 3:00 which he had to leave work early for being the last appointment they take is at 3:00. We get there 2:25 check in and sit. It's 3:05 now I asked if it was going to be much longer being my appointment was at 2:30. The receptionist looked at me like I was bothering her and says I have to see. Well 5 minutes later she told me it would be another half hour they were running behind. I said I couldn't wait being I have 2 children at home and my appointment was at 2:30 and that this happens every time I come in here. Long story short we walked out and will never go back!!!!

Horrible experience if I could rate them 0 stars I would ! I had an app yesterday at 3 pm I arrived on time and waited for 1 hour and 30 mins. When I asked how long more I would have to wait they said 20 mins. I asked before stepping out if I could step out to make a phone call I stepped out for 5 minutes to call my babysitter because I didn't anticipate this wait and I have a 2 month old baby and when I walked in they waited another ten minutes after I walked back in to tell me my app was canceled because they were backed up and she called another patient. I was told to call today to reschedule which I did 3x but all 3x they hanged up after answering. My insurance doesn't cover any other dentist in the area which makes the matters worse. Extremely unprofessional.
