Dr. Todd Phelan and his team have a philosophy, and thats to develop long-lasting, health-centered relationships with our patients based on trust, honesty, and clear communication. Were not interested in judging you we just want to help you better understand the source of your current condition and then develop a long-term plan that will give you back your self-esteem and overall wellbeing. At our practice, we work with patients so that they can experience an improved appearance, higher level of comfort, and easier maintenance as they move towards excellent oral health.
Originally from Bentonville, AR, Dr. Phelan has been improving the health and beauty of teeth for 11 years now, with eight of them spent here at his current practice. He received his undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. He has also undergone additional training at Pierre Fauchard Academy, Spear Education, and Dental Education Continuum, as well as in laser dentistry and CPR. His favorite thing about his job is the people he works with and the people he gets to meet and help every day.
Dr. Phelan has an awesome wife and three great boys. When he isnt busy at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, traveling, being outside with the kids, and going to concerts. He loves Jimmy Buffett, and in his 10th grade talent show, he won as a part of a 6 person singing group.
Dr. Bell earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University before studying dentistry at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Now, Dr. Bell is pleased to be back in her home state serving Arkansas with superior dental care! She grew up in Fort Smith and currently resides here in Rogers. Dr. Bell stays up to date with the latest in dentistry through her involvement in the American Dental Association and the State of Arkansas Dental Association. When shes not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bell enjoys traveling, running, cooking, walking her dog, spending time with her family, and going to trivia with her friends. She and her brother also run a half marathon every year in a different state!
Cristee has been working in the dental field since 2004, and has been at our practice since 2014. She was a former dental assistant for nine years and is currently certified in CPR, nitrous oxide, and radiographs. She loves meeting new people and getting to help patients!
Cristee and her husband Tony have four daughters and one son. When she has free time, she enjoys shopping, reading, gardening, decorating, cooking, and spending time with her family. She actually was a high school cheerleader and also took karate as a child.
Originally from Windsor, CA, Jennifer has also been with our practice since 2014, and has been working in the dental field since 2003. She is certified in CPR. Her favorite thing about her job is getting to see how her patients lives are transformed through their work.
Jennifer and her husband Matt have three daughters. When shes out of the office, she loves shopping, traveling, cooking, crafting, and watching MLB (go Giants)! She also played the clarinet in her high school marching band.
Tona has been working in the dental field since 2001, and has been in our Rogers, AR, office since 2009. Originally from Cameron, OK, she is certified in OSHA regulations, CPR, nitrous oxide, and radiography. She loves interacting with patients!
Michelle has been a part of our practice since 2008, and she has been working in the dental field since 2000. She received her degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, and she is also certified in nitrous oxide, local anesthesia, laser dentistry, and CPR. She loves the people she works with and the wonderful patients as well.
Michelles husband Fred works as a physical therapist at Regency Hospital, and her son is in college at Harding University and on the football team. When she has free time, she enjoys doing church activities, watching sports, doing home improvement projects, sewing, crafting, and gardening. She also loves power tools!
Hannah is a new addition to our team, bringing two years of dental experience with her. She attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and is also trained in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide and CPR. One of her favorite parts of her job is removing heavy calculus from patients teeth and seeing the healthy results at their next visit!
