First of all the nurse was very rude and you can tell she didn't want to be in the same room as us. Then when we went to the desk to schedule the surgery she did not want to use the other insurance. Going to say to me that the other insurance wasn't good for this month and told me to call. I called and it wasn't nothing wrong with her insurance. I hate stick up people think they make more money than you. Well you don't..I don't even want to give a star but this is the only way I can post it.

Wonderful staff. My autistic son was well taken care of. A staff member called the day after his procedure to check up on him. I highly recommend this practice.

I went to get my wisdom teeth taken out, it took them less than an hour and I felt no pain whatsoever till after of coarse. They were very professional and made sure I was comfortable. They even called me a couple hours after to make sure I was okay.

My visit was great! Everyone I seen and talked to were wonderful. They made my time there feel like I was home relaxing with family. I really felt safe being there. They made sure I was comfortable and I felt confident that everything was going to be fine. I was right because after I woke up I was a little drizzy from the meds. I was happy to see smiling faces when I open my eyes. Dr. Owsley and his assistants are caring people who want to make sure you're ok. I also received a call from later that day from them to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. Thank you Dr. Owsley and your wonderful team for taking care of me!! I will tell everyone about you all!!

I had a cosmetic procedure many years ago, I don't even like to think about it, changed my life. Post-op it was apparent that the light chemical peel that I thought I was getting was a very deep peel. My recovery was months not weeks as I was told. Couldn't be seen in public, looked like a horror movie. I ended up with permanent scarring on my forehead but mostly around my mouth that removed skin below the pigmented layer. Knotty scarring inside my face above my lip. With each follow up the Dr. and his interns came in and acted like it looked great and minimized the obvious scars that the rest of the world could see. He did do injections around my mouth with steroids to try help it but after kindly requesting my records to see exactly what had been put on my face he refused any further follow ups and the staff refused me appointments without any explanation and became extremely rude. So instead of needing less makeup as was the plan, I now need thick camo makeup lifelong to cover scars and bright white mottled skin on my face. Think permanent neon white mustache, like vitiligo with your lips curling over your scars when you smile. He never had the decency to do an " I can't do anything more for you, sorry your face is damaged" appointment or return my phone calls. My medical records reflect little if any of the above described issues, but are lovely and flowery and as if they belong to someone else entirely. He didn't even document all of the kenolog injections post op to flatten the scarring. In fact, no mention of scarring in my records at all! If anything goes wrong, don't expect this Dr. to behave in an ethical manner, continue treatment as may be needed to remedy what he can. Don't expect his documentation to reflect actual course of treatment, it's about his own CYA. Super kind during appointments but then instead of being straightforward he will instruct his staff not schedule additional appointments, no explanations. "Ummm. We'll call you back to schedule. Um, yes we'll have to call you back." That call won't come. I was never rude or angry but just expected him to make his best effort. Acid was left on my face clearly too long and I was chemically burned. I have had other surgeries, my other scars are imperceptible and I'm very fair and do not keloid. This Dr. will tell you how great you look and then hide from you . Like an unprofessional coward. He literally ghosted me, otherwise I'd probably never written this. More than 10 years later, his aggressive handiwork shows up more and more as my skin ages. If something DOES go wrong like your operative consent says, he is NOT responsible and HE will also become invisible. Your SCARS won't .
