Worst experience of my life. The dentist is rude, impatient and rushes through your procedure. If you ask questions he gets angry. It is definitely not painless and to be honest the end result is terrible. Calling him a hack is too kind.

I came to this office because I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist office and was not pleased with my experience. I booked my appointment at least 2 weeks in advanced - no issues. I was very satisfied with the promptness of being able to get an appointment so quickly. My appointment was at 4:00 and I received a call at 2:06 but I was unable to answer because I was busy plus it was a number I was unfamiliar with so I assumed it was spam. When I checked in, I was told that they have been trying to reach me because my birthdate doesn't match what's on my insurance - which makes no sense to me because when I booked I had no issues. I was called one time 2 hours before my appointment. Not earlier in the day so I could make arrangements or call the insurance company but 2 hours. I called MetLife Dental after I left and everything matched, so I'm not sure that the issue was. The receptionist explained to me that if the insurance doesn't go through in the next few minutes that I would have to reschedule because my hygienist has to go pick up her kids by 5:00. In my head all I could think was "Are you serious right now?" She said that she can reschedule me for the next day but that was my only day I could come this month because of prior engagements and work. Also, I filled out my paper work online from the text that I was sent for easy check in and she said that I would still have to fill out the forms because you all don't get the forms from online. What was the point of sending them to me then? My time was wasted. I drove over 45 minutes to get to the appointment to be told I can't be seen.

This will be my first time today going to this dentist today and I just wanna say first they got me with all stars second they got me with taking Medicaid 3 they take babies up to 8m and I love them already I forgot the lady name over the phone but she was so sweet and helped me a lot CANT wait to go today

It was my first time at this office. They are extremely nice and friendly! Took the X-rays and did the cleaning. Explained everything they were doing, cleaning did not hurt at all. (My old hygienist always made my gums bleed and the whole cleaning was a painful process for me). Will come back here for sure
