Went to a SECOND location and basically got the same treatment as the Lexington location. I called and asked for the earliest availability and was told that I could come in at 1:30. They took my basic info and I showed up at 1 just in case I needed to fill out any paperwork. The front door was unlocked, but there was an "Out to lunch" sign on the front window. No problem! I go next door and walk around Walmart till it's closer time for my appointment. I walk back over at 1:20 and there's 2 other patients waiting for staff to come back from lunch. I don't get checked in till 2 because they say that their systems aren't connected so I need to fill out new patient forms again. Staff got an attitude with me when I tried to explain to them that I never received any further communication from them via text or email. She said to check my spam and I informed her again that I don't have an email because I never gave it to you. I fill out my paperwork and I'm not called back by 2:30 so I ask how much longer and how long the cleaning will take. I was told 10 more minutes and a cleaning will take no more than 30. I was forced to leave as I needed to be somewhere else. I am not convinced I'll be visiting another location again. This is pretty ridiculous. (1 star) EDIT: Came back because I was forced to stick with them due to billing issues with my insurance. Because I was billed already for the X-rays I couldn't be a new patient at any other doctor's office. Today's visit was better. I arrived about 5 minutes late, and was seen pretty quickly. They had to pull my records from the other location and there was some confusion as to what my insurance would cover, but it was resolved fairly quickly. The young lady who did the cleaning was nice and professional. She explained my treatment plan on a way I understood. Will go back tomorrow for a few fill-ins and will update my review after that. (3 stars) EDIT: I had my fill-ins done today and there was some miscommunication between yesterday and today. When the young lady who did my cleaning yesterday went over my treatment plan she described it in a way that I had more cavities than there actually were and the locations didn't match what the doctor actually did today. I was told that one was possibly close to a nerve and that IF the doctor drilled too far, accidentally, that I would then need a root canal and something else, which would then total close to $1000. I immediately explained that I wanted that one to NOT be addressed at this time because that's not a possible expense I want to take on at the moment, she said okay, and then told the front desk the plan and to schedule my appointment. I went this morning and asked for clarification on what was done and I was told that the ones agreed upon yesterday would be done. I said okay. I was then taken to the back where I again asked for clarification, where the fill-ins would be done, and what to expect. I was told something different than what the doctor actually did. When done I was informed that they did the one I asked them not to do.........and that if I had any issues to reach back out. I was assured that should something arise, to "not worry because the doctor would do right by me", whatever that means. All in all, I'm not sure I'll be back to any locations after my experiences. I REALLY hope that my first time having fill-ins turns out to be a disaster later. Will update if necessary. (2 stars)

If i could give this place negatives I would. I had cavities filled last year and a cleaning they charged me $500 up front and then charged my insurance another $1,800 and I was almost sent to collections over that, and I was never informed that I still had that balance to pay with them. They were terrible at informing you of how much you have to pay UP FRONT and won't tell you how much it is until after you have it done.

They kept lying about what my insurance would cover. At my last appointment they gave me temporary crowns and took molds for the permanent ones. They assured that the permanent crowns would get covered by my insurance and they said they would call when they were ready, but they never did. After four months we went back because the temporary crowns started breaking away. They then said that they never made the crowns because my insurance wouldn't cover it. They tried to make me pay $6000 for the permanent crowns That they told me the insurance would cover and I don't have the money to pay out of pocket. Now almost all of my temporary crowns have broken away and the teeth they drilled down are almost all exposed. DO NOT go here. Don't waste your time or money

I do not recommend this place. I had a terrible experience; the customer service is horrible, and the staff are unprofessional and does not apply the protection to the patient properly.

I love this practice. I did have a minor mishap with billing (I get it we all gotta make money) but other than that this location AND Lexington are amazing. I came in with an infected, swollen, decayed tooth in the back. I mean this tooth was keeping me up all night. I couldn't eat... I just couldn't function. Went in today and got that mug pulled in less than a minute.... I hate needles but Dr. E was as gentle as can be or maybe it was the anesthesia lol. They are one of the best clinics around. From the dental hygienists up to the doctor herself **one tip though...a cost shouldn't be told over the phone. It should be when the patient is in front of you so you don't have mishaps in the office. Despite that tip, the billing lady is extremely helpful and nice as well.
